We have some green Roma tomatoes from the garden that have ripened. Probably not the tastiest so I'll probably whip up this recipe as a side dish for tomorrow.

I guess when the weather turns cool no matter where you live it brings out the soup. My bride makes the best veggie soup I’ve ever had. And she’ll throw in a little meat to boot. It’s good on a cold day. Add a small amount of cheese and boy hidey. Makes me want to slap those chipmunks that steal my blueberries.
