I feel the ocean calling....glad to have people who are willing to foot the bill and give me the keys to there boats just to have an out of the box adventure.....and I get to scratch my itch and explore my hunches....a great exciting day is the worst that can happen. Whether I wanted to or not I've become the guy who can take you on the adventure charter. I think some bigger more funded projects are in the future...who knows !!

You live a life that most dream of. We are fortunate to be taken along for the ride. Good times/bad times we’ve all had our share. You are such a positive person and I really believe that is why you have been successful and will continue to be.

Know the feeling got woke up(2:30am) from the sliding pocket door banging in the sunroom/kitchen-air pressure travelling through to the bedroom. Dog growling in his sleep... got up finally to see what was happening and the patio door was open letting in the night air-heat on in that section of the house-nicely done Mrs........If it wasn't for the fact that she bought me a scone yesterday...I might be a tad more growly....
It's just a raining outside now-calling for 2 inches today-should make the world right soggy............

GMorn everbody, Roger I’m just seeing all those car pics. I’ve watched several classic car races from limerock. I’ve flown over the B salt flats when it was full of cars but couldn’t take anything in. Do the Porsche peoples flip you the bird when you pass them nowadays? That is one fine looking residence and yard you have there.
I’m going to become a utubed expert on the whole other syrup. I know all about the corn kind..

Pretty much everything we eat is organic for the last 10 years (if we can find it). Makes a world of difference in taste

There's things that lots of folks just can't justify when it comes to food-price.
We do the 90/10 when it comes to eating and it seems to be a plan that works. (eat 90% of the time really well-10% not so)
This way the body can deal with the 10% quite well-where as the other way around the 10% good isn't going to help too much.
Apples are probably one of the best examples regarding taste-ourselves and like minded folks all say we can taste the difference between organic and a regular produced one.

Probably one of the grossest things I ever came across was a large plot for a local market garden.
It was across the 404 Hwy from the Buttonville Airport in the GTA.
I had plotted a homestead and it looked like a field, so I drove up to have a look and to seek out a permission.

I pulled up and walked to the edge of the site and it was covered in grey sewage effluent.
Now some folks would think this was ok, great fertilizer, nutrients for growing crops.

I drove by this location many times going up the freeway to other permissions and it vegetables were lush and green.....YAK!

Yep lots of questionable practices used in what's called modern agriculture. I've heard that some farmers use liquified manure to fertilize their crops, problem being it's not been composted to kill any possible pathogens.

Then people wonder why there's recalls on lettuce and other leafy greens due to e coli, etc....
