First off, on Saturday we picked up our new puppy and we've had to change our sleep arrangements to accommodate here house training/bathroom needs.

The second thing I've been dealing with lately is Shingles. On Tuesday I visited my doctor and it was confirmed the a persistent rash, which I initially thought was Psoriasis, turns out it's Shingles.
Thankfully, it's located on the inside at the top inside of my left leg and is at least tolerable.

I'll be contagious for 48hrs and I don't want to infect my wife, so she's chosen to sleep on our livingroom couch until tomorrow.

Gee Dave sounds like you're not having a great time.
Heal up, get well so you can enjoy the puppy and the comforts of the Mrs purring beside you again.

I can go to it and use it as a pointer to find which direction to hunt.....down wind of it !!

Well like a smart little hurricane pepper I've got most of my work done. All the boats are tied up and its blowing 25. Im gonna go hunt.....maybe I'll drive south to the spanish harbor keys ?? I'm going somewhere theres erosion. Phippsfolly got some 1 reales and musket balls in vero....might be having an event on the treasure coast too.....typically its good in both places at the same time. Maybe bahia Honda will be good ?? Or i could hit my Indian spot ?? Mile marker 10 has produced also....im going somewhere !! Weather is brutal with on and off showers on the overcast winds.......as fall/winter as it gets for us.
 

Good morning Dave & good luck with the shingles. Luckily I got a vaccine when I was 50 or so cause that's when we hit the danger zone.

Anti I hope your case is mild and heals quickly. My neighbor had it one year, bad stuff. I think I've had the vaccine but not sure, my immune system is a nut case anyhow.

ECS that neighbor was truly the neighbor from hell! Probably has psych issues galore. It's a real good thing none of his creations took out the rest of the neighborhood. The guy across the street from me looks like a saint compared to that guy.

Ever wake up and have that nagging feeling of too many things trying to take the mind/body in different directions?
Self induced certainly-running around my little world putting out fires-while the other half of me is just running around freely starting them.

WHADIFIND I'm also doing the one foot in front of the other and repeat thing. With a little added kick from life...
up side--- Daughter calls me Monday and tells me she's getting a weeks stay in a nice motel for free, longer if she needs it.
Down side--- one of her co-workers tested covid positive. :tongue3::dontknow:
