Good afternoon ya scurvy scaly wags!! Started the new job and stayed at the cabin for my first full 2 weeks, realized the cabin is 25 miles from the nearest store open after 6 PM lol, here is a pic of my little creek and damn, iv seen rainbow troute in creek and they sure are perdy, I get 1 bar of signal at the cabin so not able to check in as often as I like but I'm not complaining lol, have a awesome day RCT crew

Great set up. Just got to remember to load up on supplies on the way home from work. Seeing all those leaves it might not be a bad idea to rake them up in a big pile and toss a tarp over them.

You'll have some great leaf mold to put in a garden in the spring, free fertilizer.

That kinda reminds me of a cabin we rented in the Smokies several years back. We had the stream also. An interesting note is that the state of Tennessee stocked the stream every Thursday with Rainbow trout. At that time my daughter was 12 and she caught 3 and I couldn’t buy one.

I slept good, Colleen stayed up with her and took her outside every three hours.
Colleen's gone to bed now and Oakley's now sleeping in her bed next to my desk.
