I’ve been n a tornado which isn’t fun but never a hurricane.

I guess the closest thing regarding a warm weather event was a tropical storm (Hurricane Isidore)in 1984 during a stay in Ft.Lauderdale.
Basically the banging on the room door the next morning became a realization that in fact the ocean was in the swimming pool outside the room.
The Samsonite suitcases were floating around on the floor of the room.
We were told in no certain fact was to get our ass out of there-toot-sweet.
Looked out at the car that was ok, but the palm tree laying behind it wasn't.
All I remember was having a few Bacardi the night before at the hurricane party at the bar.

Cold weather events-sober as a judge-antifreeze in the motor vehicle not in the body.

Morning guys.

Very mild weather here in Southern Ontario for a few days thanks to hurricane 'Delta'.

After doing the grocery shopping, I'm heading to Home Depot to buy white fence lattice.
I need to 'puppy proof' the bottom of the backyard fences in anticipation of our new dog's arrival at the end of the month.

I've got an interview with Generac on Tuesday morning, hopefully this company will be the one.

You're right Jim, I didn't even think about 'puppy-proofing' the interior.
My daughter and I will head to Global Pet Foods next week to get a dog bed, blanket, body harness, a leash, dog food dishes and her first toy.

We've never crate trained our dogs Jim, the 'bed-on-the-floor' has always seemed to work best for us.

You're right Jim, I didn't even think about 'puppy-proofing' the interior.
My daughter and I will head to Global Pet Foods next week to get a dog bed, blanket, body harness, a leash, dog food dishes and her first toy.

We've never crate trained our dogs Jim, the 'bed-on-the-floor' has always seemed to work best for us.

There's plus-minus benefits on the crate training. I know it was grab and go in the mornings with Max+17 more trips a day for the duties outside.
Winter-and by the time we dried him off-it was nearly time to go again.
He had the land shark status from having those sharp little teeth-very mouthy.
Now he knows how to use his mouth-gently.
