Normal is over rated.
It's not depression that helps me understand your logic better. Rather a trauma induced cognitive dissonance that has not let up , but can be used to unscramble scrambled stuff in reading.
A side effect is my own garbled writing though.....

Mornin all!

Two dog surgeries in two or three days. After another recent surgery, (teeth,spaying,teeth,) I've already lost track how long but could read the calendar or a med chart..
Coordinating who is on the loose , who can be around who , who can't run or get excited, who gets what medication , gets fed what , is a challenge for the sleep deprived.
Can't plead boredom though...

Bulldog freaked with the plastic collar of shame. So the next day I acquired an inflatable collar. Due to massive neck size , he skids the device if he lowers his head. But , he's catching on. 8 (?) more days of it.

Need to get old truck repaired (rotted out transmission pan and lines) and get busy prepping for deer hunting. Particularly for the disabled hunt next week, but beyond as well.
Running behind.
Then there is yardwork ect. to prep for winter. While the dogs need attending....

The cone of shame such a normal Max just stuck his head through it. Plus wearing socks 24/7 he just looked silly.
Now he's free and clear sailing.

Tonight salmon fritters with a side of beet salad(roasted beets with some feta cheese, toasted walnuts and dressing).

Tomorrow will be whipping up some chicken cacciatore probably on a bed of mashed potatoes with roasted garlic.
