So how's the painting going Dave?
You like to multi task so you could be watching the detector charge-while watching the paint dry.:laughing7:

We had a seal let go on the bottom of our washing machine yesterday morning, I went downstairs to find the basement floor full of water and soap foam. :BangHead:
Thankfully, we always buy the extended warranty when we buy appliances, the five year warranty expires in November.

Unfortunately, the service centre can't get to us until Monday morning, so I'm headed to the laundromat shortly. :tongue3:

Hope everyone has a good Wednesday, it's 'hump day' don't you know. :laughing7:

Jim, what would I do without your morning chuckle :laughing7:... I'd probably drop my paint brush on my detector while it's charging. :tongue3:

Dave
I forgot to mention to you that on my last return trip from Toronto, I slipped down to the Train Station site field to see what was happening.
It's in a cover crop already about 8". :(
Those brothers don't leave the fields unplanted too long.
The other 4 sites around the area were all in corn-but I just did a quick country block look.

Doing great Dave. Cooling off a bit so things are good. How bout you?

Doing good bud, just impatiently waiting for the beans to be cut on a few of my permissions next week.
There's no rain in the forecast here, but we're having issues with the smoke from the California wildfires high in the atmosphere.

Makes for cooler days then we're used to at this time of year.

Do you mean you're actually painting-or just brushing off imaginary dust particles with the paint brush?
Inquiring minds need to know if you went down the road of painting the rooms with the Mrs?
Or is that can of paint still at the front door, calling out your name every time you use it for a new door stop?:laughing7:

Sounds good Jim, I wonder when the cover crop on the Train Station site will be cut, soon I would think? :icon_scratch:
It must've been 4 - 5 years since we hit that site, more finds must've come to the surface by now.

FYI, I'm still available for an early morning meeting somewhere if you're up to it.

I'm thinking I might head to that site west of Kingston on Sunday morning.

Good morning

I had the chance at a buck of a lifetime, but he was in a patch of brush until it became too dark to shoot, and then he walked out. Made me wanna cry.

Jim, I just wiped off the kitchen counter top with the sleeve of my shirt, I think I've done enough cleaning for today don't you? :laughing9:

Talk to you later,
Dave

PS. Good morning Rusty!

Now that isn't a good thing to find out, always preferred the front loading machines.

We're dealing with a Bosch countertop stove not turning on-turn the power off wait turn it back on-try it-repeat-resorted to doing things in the oven last night.
Next Monday is the repair service appt.-now I'll be totally enraged if the guy says "Yup need to order the part #-and I'll let you know when it comes in. :BangHead:

Warranty call went in last month-got to love country living-one service guy.:dontknow:

good morning everyone !!

Morning Rusty
Just keep going back you'll get your chance soon I hope.
I measured the print from the buck that roams the property last week. 4" wide x 5" long. I have no idea if he's got a rack of any size, but it seems his print has grown these past few years.
Time to put up some cameras to see what he looks like-tease my neighbour.:laughing7:
