Good morning, Anti. With all of this extra detecting time, I have a felling you are going to find something really cool.

Hi WD , thanks for the well wishes, I'm doin the best I can. Of course, if I had a 'real' job I wouldn't have this much free time during the week. :laughing7:

I was out on this site yesterday by 6am, sunrise here isn't until 6:35am. I was only able to get out for 3hours though, as I had to get the car home by 10am for my wife.

Here are a few of the more interesting finds, I'm heading back again dark & early tomorrow.

We're forecast to get quite a bit of rain due to Laura's effect on our weather, so more eyeball finds are likely to be made here.

Hope you're doing well in Ohio,
Dave

No detecting today buddy, Saturday is for chores around the house.
Tomorrow morning I'll get back to the same site again for 6am.

Sites to detect are slim pickings around here until the soybeans are cut in October.
Swinging through ankle deep wheat stubble isn't much fun, but it's the only option I have right now.

Are you getting out much these days? :icon_scratch:

Good morning Bill and ARC.

Morning Rook... Anti... Bill.

Thank you Bill, as I mentioned, swinging here is a challenge due to the stubble.

Thanks to the morning dew and the rain we've had lately the stubble is soft until the sun comes up and dries it out again.
I think the 'eyeball' finds are going to be what stand out here tomorrow though.

I like to say, "if the finds are few on a site, you can always take pics of rocks, trees and the ground." :laughing7:

Morning bill and AARC

Thanks very much for posting this link Bill, it was an interesting read.
I've been a member on the website LinkedIn for the past 12 years, it's a great way to keep in touch and make new contacts within my industry.
I liked this so much I had to re-post it.

Success Through Serendipity

“Most top executives will admit that they’ve achieved their position through not just intelligence and hard work but also luck. Still, we can all do a better job of creating unexpected opportunities and connecting the dots with others so that they can help us or we can help them. With a serendipity mindset, every interaction might open a new path — for finding love, meeting an investor, making a friend, forging a new interest, or landing a new job.”

Good morning Bart. :hello:

Well, I'm off to start the Saturday chores... hope you all have a great Saturday.

Had a great hunt yesterday. Went to a spot I thought might be a good one.....it wasn't....i found only fishing leads, and aluminum. Don't have to go back there again. Total bust but a beautiful day in the water.

Good morning Bart all hunts aren't winners, however, because of that when we hit the good ones they're even more sweet!

I really had a good feeling bill.....only keeper was a phineal...not sure if I spelled that right.....its the thing that goes on at the top of a lamp and holds the shade on. I kinda like it and keep holding it !!

Good morning, ARC, Bart, Bill, rook, Antiquarian, and Tnet.
