Healthy circulation Bart! Congrats.

Had mine scraped when it's torn and some split edges trimmed off.
Told it won't heal like a younger one would.
I try to limit hopping on it , but it's easy to know when I've over done it. L.o.l..

Felt like a nail with the head cut off holding my upper and lower leg together at the joint when weight was put on it.
Mine was a complete tear. Would not support any weight without extreme pain. I was unable to walk. I was in amazement to be up on it and moving around in just 2 days. After a month I was in good shape and almost forgot about it. That was 1997.....no problem ever since then.

Morning

Bart... couple new tropical waves born to keep an eye and ear on.

Yup...seems they modified there forcast too. Now it supposed to be one of the most active seasons on record. Well at least a good portion of my shutters are still up.

Yeah man... unfortunately... I think the chance of a major storm hit is high this season...

of course I treat every season the same. heh

anyway...

Onward through the fog !

Morning Pepper.

Disturbance 1 is a little hairy looking to me... wind shear is possibly gonna keep it at bay... but I definitely am heads up on it.

IM watching too....my kids getting up now so its coffee and weather on the boob tube.

Good morning ARC, Bart & Jim.

anybody know a good way to heal a tore meniscus. I tore mine yesterday :BangHead:

You're lucky that it was only a sprain, a torn meniscus is no fun.
Hopefully that's all it is, but you'll know for sure in a couple of days though.

I tore both at the same time stepping backwards out of a delivery van 8 years ago.
I had arthroscopic surgery done on my right knee, it was day surgery too, I walked out of the hospital on crutches.

The doctor suggested that we only operate on my left knee if absolutely necessary, he said, "they sometimes will heal and not need surgery", as mine seemed to do.

Good morning Tom nice to see you're still in this world nice bottle of veltins in you logo....:laughing7::laughing7::laughing7:

Morning Dave morning bill.

Morning AARC, JIM, ANTI, Bart and Tom if he's still here
