Jim,

That red oak should give up some decent size boards will they be for your own use of for sale?

What's Anna Marie Island 7ft, seems like the river pushes the fronts to south or north.
I forget what has it been 55+yrs since a direct hit.

The missus bought some cheap peaches, corn and zucchini. So today she made 8 half pint jars of peach jam, I helped shuck the corn and she peeled it off the cobs for freezing. I chopped up some onions while she diced the zucchini tossed it all in a bowl with a good whack of salt to set overnight the the liquid will be drained and relish made with it.

Tonight supper's gonna be pretty straight forward grill up a rib steak. I chopped up some mushrooms and sliced some onions. The mushrooms will be sauteed with some butter and garlic and the onions carmalized separately since they both go great with steak and some leftover rice for starch.

Oh yeah after supper I'll probably chop up some pickling cucumbers, onions and peppers to make another type of relish.

My area... 1921. Will be 100 years next year.

Well I may have called that it avoided the mountains... and it looks like track has shifted to the east again.

Which will be better .. a lot better for Bart and I if that stays true... BUT... the east coast will be ripped up.

Good time to dust off the detectors and take a road trip if things are not real bad after.

Hope the Tnet members on that coast "hold fast". if it decides to go up the spine of the state.

Stopped for some grub while the thunder goes past.
Solved my chainsaw problem, bought a new one. A little 14" for limb trimming. Also bought a 12' pole saw.
Had 170 tons of pit run gravel delivered and have it all spread almost. Just 30 tons left to run out on the sugar bush lane.
11:30 start so only got the 10 loads.
Tomorrow I will get another 20 or so loads.
Half way through the 10 loads of blue clay today, re-filling one of the clay pits that was dug in the 1850's.
Have a good evening.
Back to work.

I just lost $100.

Where was that at ? ? ?

***ARC starts looking around the ship***

You know... I lost some Rum once...

The ship pitched in high seas and in combination with a big wave... and lightning hitting the mast... and the deck was slick... and ... well... anyway... one can loose some footing in this case...

And one sip of rum slid from the rim of my tankard.

:P

I am not letting off though... I cannot relax even with this new track change... and neither should Bart... not yet.

Mother Nature does what she wants... not what we think she should do. heh

You sure did....not much to keep it from strengthening now. Hope it stays east too. I got a spot ARC !!! Possibly some of those queens jewels you've been posting about. Cant believe those guys up there dont get up in this spot. They've been close....but not close enough. ARC....I was there in the 80s when my buddies dad and 2 of his friends found an incredible horde of jewels,coins,bars...etc...etc while lobster diving !! For 3 days they picked it up !! The stern castle of this 1715 wreck was smashed to kindling here and wreckage was pushed noth in the long shore current. I know that spot to a 50 foot circle.....its under replenishment sand that has to be stripped back by the weather. I think they'll find more about this in cuban archives. I have a reason to believe that if those jewels were on ubillas ship.....they were switched at the last moment in havana to which other boat ???? You must have an idea of what I'm thinking ARC !!

Theres a ton of stuff I want to say about that stuff but I cant put it out there on the shipwreck forum.....theres to many peeps watching that forum.....ARC..I went to school up there from 83-92. I lived at tracking station beach area. I have 1715 secrets !! If only I still lived up there !! Theres a crew of guys that get way more treasure than anyone could believe was true.....no one ever heres of it !!people dont know but there are several other colonial spots not related to the fleet but still having alot to be found !! The funniest thing is to watch everyone swarm the wet sand and dune toe......they actually think that the salvage boats used the ocean side to load salvaged treasure....impossible in the winter...to much wind and waves. The store house for the main salvage camp at mclarty museum was on the river side !! That's the one Jennings raided !! The riverside.....that's where some good stuff lays exactly where it fell. I saw a beautiful intact onion bottle come out of there last fall !! Theres even a couple t-netters that get way more than they post....I know because they text me pics !! Man I hope this storm creates an opportunity at my particular spot. No ones ever herd what I just said about possible queens jewels....either way...queens jewels or not this spot still has a tremendous potential.....right in the trough ARC !!
