THE Random Chat Thread - AKA "The RCT" - No shirt or shoes required - Open 24 / 7

Final results are in. Held on to 2nd & 10th places. We got a pizza dinner invite from the winner of the women’s division plus they are donating $200.00 to the heroes. So that is awesome. I recognized several names that made the results and that is neat.

WOOO HOOO !! Congrats !!

Yeah that’s it. I couldn’t think of the word. Thank ARC.

Now, did toecutter get the answers (and recognition)?

Well not really...

Does sterling silverware need to be marked on top (handle) and bottom (spoon bowl)? Do any of yous have a 2 piece type to check ?

Thanks ARC I was wondering the actual name...

Off like an unpaid electric bill.

Yep. Dulls your hearing, too. Matter of fact dulls all your senses...
That's what I was told when I placed a sugar cube on an infuser spoon and poured absinthe on the cube as it slowly dripped into a fine crystal tumbler.

Morning.

Ok... after refraining for as long as I can I will now say... "something wicked this way comes".

Bart... Batten down the hatches.

Esiais will be knocking on our door.

I think it MAY jog north BETWEEN the islands... and once past will gather strength quickly.

The mountains may not factor in as much as they think.

I just don't get it this AM.
Woke up the mrs is doing what ever, Max doing his laundry, cats a mowing.
Can you turn my coffee on-crickets now.
Household went back to sleep.:dontknow:

SH*T.....That means I gotta put up shutters today !! And clean up, and secure my wood shop, and take all the canvas off the boats, and double tie and fender them, and get supplies, and on and on and on !! I am lucky though.....it only takes me an hour or 2 to baton down my hatches/shutters. They have the track very close to my house. Looks like the same track as Irma !!

Like everyone has fast internet, but sometimes if a cloud farts mine is slow.
But I still have to pay for the 8-10mb
