Season 12

This thread is for opinions on the treasure of Oak Island, not just for the believers. Getting angry and calling people trolls seems like you're taking this tall tale WAY to seriousely. And by the way, calling anyone a troll is against the forum rules, so I'd advise you to stop doing that ASAP.

There is another thread for the non believers

As far as the troll comment you made, if you're offended you must know what I've been saying is true!! But no need to get your panties in a bunch, I have other sites I can go to and enjoy adult conversations without ridicule or being attacked

Please post by our rules, no insults and calling another member a troll is an insult and violates our rules.

The thread is open for both believers and non-beleavers.

In other words, everyone needs to think like you?

There is already another thread focused on anti-Oak Island rhetoric yet so many of you insist on coming to this thread to spout your drivel??

You are just a bunch of trolls looking for attention, its a very sad life you live....
No. Just stop being angered over something you apparently don’t care about. The guy obviously has a sickness.

Seek help, get a hobby, spend time with family & friends.

Back to the point, would the believers please provide evidence and/or historical fact about a treasure ever being deposited on the island?

I am hoping to come off as someone who is guiding others to seek help instead of obsessing over something they have no belief in.
So you do actually believe that what your watching is real and ongoing in search of something of value..? Do you really think a group of men dug a hole 100+ ft. deep and buried something...? And you think the brothers are going to dig it up in front of you on TV...?

Your defense of the brothers and their goal is humorous. And you think non-believers are obsessed over non-believing. Do you realize how stupid that sounds. Us non-believers enjoy watching what they'll try next and say in the same pursuit as the week before.

I don't care if you believe everything they tell you and you read about O.I. It none of my business if you believe. Please continue too. But because a lot of us don't believe doesn't mean we don't enjoy watching the same thing you believe true. But being obsessed over something you don't believe in is a first. And you want to guide others...??? :icon_scratch:

Give it up bro. Take up golf. You obviously don’t detect. On here writing nonsense nonstop.

I tend to agree with BennyV's assessment of TBT's demeanor. All those content-free posts and that kind of dedication to hollow tearing-downism, no higher than Grade Two thinking (per Golding), presents as some kind of weird obsession when it's this persistent. Like, it's odd. Why spend time and energy (even low-effort posts take a bit) to accomplish absolutely nothing, over and over? I'm all for a spirited and reasoned debate but he's just a stuck record, adding no substance to the dialogue. He's a non-believer, WE GET IT.

Sir if you want to believe the O.I. tales that's up to you. No harm in it. Have fun.

Curse of Oak Island Season 12, Episode 19 Recap

The show recently added that there are now two treasure vaults. On this episode they up the ante by adding two barrels filled with treasure sitting on top of the two treasure vaults.

More common junk found and yes, yet another fictional treasure theory.

And with the swamp being just a swamp, they continue the "treasure vaults in the swamp" rhetoric.

I eagerly await the true believers here to post their factual historical evidence that a treasure was buried on oak island.

Also, please post facts and not personal attacks.

the large wooden stakes with the pointy ends they have been pulling out of the swamp, look like something quite obvious to me.
A fence. They are about the right size for fence posts, spaced 14 feet apart, in pairs, for logs, or saplings to be laid in between, way too many, and too big to be some kind of lay out stake.
what do you guys think?

Totally agree.

Nothing more than common fence posts.

Could be, someone trying to keep their cattle out of the swamp, but something to think about. A lot of the posts they find are upright. Buried below surface. If it hasn't been disturbed then the original ground is 4' below plus or minus from the top of the post as they find it. Plus some has to be in the ground of course to hold the fence upright. Why is no cross bars that would go between the posts being found and how was the cross bars attached. If nails, they should be finding lots of them, if they used twine of some sort it just rotted away of course.. Some of the posts are short and some have been long. Course parts them all have rotted away over the years and or broken off at ground level where ever that was at the time..

They do find other pieces of wood and other debris from the common fences, but they do not show it as it would take away from the “mysterious posts” fiction.

and you know this for a fact? Nothing really mysterious about the posts. Fred Nolan named them years ago as Survey Posts. No hidden meaning behind them really. Other then what were they surveying for, and or, who and when...

Nolan named them “survey posts” at the same time he was thing to get in on the spotlight with Dan Blankenship.

Just common remnants of human habitation that the show attempts to turn into something of importance pointing to a fictional treasure.

Not a bad theory, but that would have been one massive fence! The width between those pairs was about four feet. Unless you are visualizing two separate fences lining a walkway?

The Recaps I post cover the entire contents of the episode quickly as well as highlighting the issues with the show and it’s premise.
You failed to mention in this weeks show in what was essentially a flash back to where I think it was Crowell in his research had found 8-9 pages of a ships log where a group was tasked with bringing there valuables/treasure to the OI area with the plan to put it in a deep pit. It tells who the group was but I don't recall at the moment.. I realize this info goes completely against your narrative, so I understand why you'd leave it out!! Isn't that what you accuse the show of doing!!
