Got out today for a little sampling, and found a nice little spot I will return to. Found a couple "chunky" pieces for SD gold.

Im sure I can find something. If not, I'll have to get my fix on the weekends back in town. If Im really dreaming of those nuggets up at east fork, some extended camping trips will be in order. Those things are getting ridiculous.

Gpaa has a claim in the area in Santa ysabel at the bottom of Inaja memorial park.

Major hike to get to that one! I've been there several times and usually end up skunked. Good exercise but not much more than that. If you go there, watch out for poison oak as it's all over the place!

Dan... I keep telling ya... Head east young man! You're always welcome to come out to the claim with us and there's some really nice chunky stuff to be dug up! I'd think that that St. Patricks day nuggie would have been enough to give you reason to visit out here! I'm going to be back out there for another week starting on the 19th of May. I'll also try to make a trip or two out for some weekend action before then of course.

Jeff, I surely do want to come out. To see the land, to dig some gold, and of coarse to meet you and Robi. It's just hard right now to get more than a weekend off at work, even though I have some vacation time, it's just been busy, and I have a bunch of morons working for me, that I need to babysit. But I will be out there, just as soon as I can take a couple days off and give myself a 4 day weekend.

Me and my gal will be in pine valley this weekend on the Spma claims hoping to find some color. We got minimal equipment so hopefully we won't have to work too hard to get some gold. Figure well spend Easter panning and drinking.
