That is so funny, one slap you could be like, Oh my bad, no idea howw that happened, two slaps maybe BS your way through that using too much booze, heck I do not know, but three slaps, well that is just too funny.

It is cheap here too but this stuff is grown mostly in the netherlands in glasshouses and it tastes like nothing. They also use here many glyphosat etc.

Who needs that?! :laughing7:

It is actually illegal in Germany to sell such seeds, that is not like most German laws designed to screw over the honest person, thi one is actually to protect the consumer.

There are other EU based sellers, however the term Heritage, Heirloom or even Organic is not a general botany classification as common sense would imply, it is defined different by each nation in the EU; that said only one EU based seller actually passes Germanys very tough testing in regards to this, you can purchase them, but no more than 20 seeds per plant at a time and only 19 vegi plants are actually authorized to be imported by a private person.

Mate its just to protect the people because way back in the day people in the Block where getting screwed, Germany got feed up and put their foot down.

Had 22 degrees in Austria yesterday, been very warm. I haave a maate living near Frankfurt and he had 19 yesterday. Thats crazy warm for this time of year.

Buddy, if it is a "protection" thing, how can it be that it is not allowed to sell or buy old german sorts?? Is just modified stuff now good for us?

in my opinion - and this is obvious - it is made to "protect" companies incomes like Monsanto and Beyer! The farmers here in germany was forced to buy genetic modified seed that works only one time! So they are not able to store any seed to use it the next year. So they MUST buy again this Monsanto crap again!

The Governments (and also the companies) NEVER do something for the people but every time against them! It´s all about making the most possible profit.

They do what ever they can to let old sorts disappear and at the same time this Gen-companies gets more and more patent pending´s on food.

That´s OK for me!! 22 to 24 degrees Celsius in Winter would be nice :laughing7:

It´s only justice. All that folks at the south of the globe life since thousands of years in warm weather all day long and now it´s our turn :laughing7: :laughing7: :laughing7:

Also I want to grow palm trees in my garden since a long time. In some years it is may possible!! :icon_thumleft:
