Pirate Treasure-Trying to get a permit to dig up

Yeah ECS and I like to pick at each other. He thinks we are both Alpha males so it is hard for us to be friends. I know males can get along as I have 4 intact 200 pound males that hang out and play together. If ECS and I were dogs we would probably be pals.

View attachment 1018080This could be us. View attachment 1018084This is probably more like ECS and I. A couple of Alpha males. Can't we all just get along?

White Tornado
Good to see you guys getting along so well. Which one is you?

Of course your "church guy" doesn't want anyone to see. He doesn't own the property but wants the goodies you've convinced him is there.

V

There you go again going all negative on us. I have a written contract. It is right in front of his house. If he wanted it for himself he does not need me. If I had really convinced him it was there he and his son would be out digging it up.

No I'm comparing finding tokens to gold
PMC copper Druid penny tokens were used as money for buying goods in colonial Florida and are part of this states history-maybe not as glamous as finding gold, but then again as BCH mentioned, who has found gold on this thread?
There's a lot of spinning like a white tornado talk about looking in the exact spot, but no talk of finding.

What do you think I would say? ESC is the pug. Would you like to be the boxer?

WT (can I call you that)
You just don't get it. As he has no authority to commit the church to anything, its not valid. Why don't you just do a property search on the appraisal district website and see who owns it?

You have to admit I am not afraid to dig. If I keep at it I will dig in the right spot. Ask the people that have gone to the trouble to meet me in person and go to some sites.

For the record. My remote guy reads this thread. My other remote guys read this thread. The LRL guys read this thread. My digging partner's read this thread. Everybody mentioned are TNET members. My Miccosuki pal read this thread and was a TNET member. You probably would not want to hear what they have to say about the comments directed at me on here. I guess we must all be fools and ECS, vor and the other skeptics are the smart ones. Let's see who finds the big one first.

You just don't get it. How could you possibly know whether he has the authority or not? Is that your psychic remote sensing abilities at work again? It is owned by a group. There were five other people in on the decision making process for this venture. It went before the board. I prayed to the "Big Guy" upstairs and he said everything would be alright and that is good enough for me, plus I have two signed copies of the contract.

So I guess you didn't even feel the need to check to see who owned the property.

Its free so why not?

What do you think about the new challenger coming out? 707hp 450ftlb of torque. Its called the hellcat comes with two key fobs one limiting it to 500hp. I think these things will be rapped around poles lol.

I heard they may call it a Cuda. View attachment 1018089 Here is a pic of the wife and I's cars back in 1976 at Ft. Bragg. The plum crazy purple Cuda and the Chevelle were mine. The 340 Challenger was hers. We love cars. And dogs.

My dream car is a Viper. After I find the "Big One" I am going to get a street version and a race version.

BDD,I provide the historical references to counter your alternative Florida history where the living is easy, fish are jumping and the cotton is high, every daddy was rich and there mama goodlooking.
A mission for your remote man-dowse in the NE of Marion county,Florida, where Orange Creek meets the Oklawaha River. If accepted and his findings are posted here,I will relate the local lore concerning this site.

Research ain't my thing. One of my digging partners has his own appraisal business and another one is a Realtor/Broker. I just never had the habit of looking a "gift horse" in the mouth. It has worked well for me in almost all (other than a few bad partnerships) my dealings for the last 40 years.

What do you mean by his findings? A GPS number for a possible cache? I wouldn't post that on here anymore than I will post any of my sites. PM me a GPS number that is within a quarter mile. Don't tell me anything about what you think you might know.

Of course it hasn't mattered because you have not found anything. If (when) you do, it will matter.

I guess I just don't get it. Its free and easy but you refuse.

V

"Tomorrow is the day!"... That's a pessimistic view... Even Mel Fisher thought "Today is the Day"

"While the dog's away, the rats will play." ... Whatever, I got 7 dogs and rats everywhere!!!!!
/QUOTE]

"Tomorrow is the day" sounds pretty optimistic to me. I know what Fisher's was, do you think I want to copy him, he was one of a kind.

"While the dog's away the rat's will play" is my version of "While the cat's away, the mice will play". Sorry about your lazy dogs. Get yourself a couple of Terrier's.

A half mile tolerance??? What happened to "the EXACT" location?
V
I said quarter mile. Getting me the GPS number for the general area is the start. If my guy wants to do this and thinks there is something in the area, he will give me a GPS number for the exact spot he thinks it is.

I don't refuse. It is not my department. I look up property owners all the time. I have a property appraisers report on just about every site. Your attitude about this is one of the reasons why you aren't on the team. Besides, according to your pal ECS and others there is no treasure to be found, so it is all a moot point.

Mapquest it,and go to the aerial view.Just want to know what he "sees" there, and if it matches the lore.
