Ossy, dont believe anything you see in a photo. I still remember when the Spanish paper ABC showed the first prove (25 may 2007): the “journalist” said he got a picture of a coin from the Black Swan took by an airport employee at Gibraltar. It was completely (and grossly) false. The picture was taken from the web http://franklinmint.com/newsmedia/, and the hand that held the coin wasn’t from an airport employee, was the Moshe Malamud´s hand, showing a coin belonging to the El Cazador shipwreck.
And Mr. Sarmiento could be looking for notoriety. He looks like he loves being on media in his character of super-savior of who knows. Thanks god the Pdf will be free and we will be able of reading this work without spending a cent. I hope Mr. Sarmiento, doing a good use of the freedom of speech, will correct all the lies and misinformation he spread before because in Spain we also have a law about the calumny with publicity, but I´m sure Mr. Sarmiento, lawyer, is aware about this point.

For the record, I know Trinidad personally. I know his full name and his address in Spain, he is legitimate, and not affiliated with anyone regarding to this matter. He's an outstanding gentleman, and a man who can be taken at his word in my experience, he will tell you the same about me. He has good reason for being secretive about his identity, trust me. He is also very wise, and "in the know" on matters regarding the Spanish powers that be. I don't expect that you will take my word, but I have no reason to lie and no interest in this issue other than my feeling that our American judicial system did a deplorable job on this particular case.
