got scammed on here help

Sorry to say I think he was scammed, this is why we have rules against non charter member sales..

I think I was to because the guy is still not responding to anything it been 8 days since I last heard from him.

Mods have contacted him if he doesn't reply or respond to buyer in private or in thread his name and all his ips will be forwarded to all treasure websites forums....

Why would you do that? This is a holiday weekend and a lot of folks are gone for a few days. Sorry, but that doesn't say much for the mods on here or TN itself. I've sold online for almost 15 years and a lot of things can go wrong. Seems you are taking the op's word as gospel. If you don't like my post then kick me off, after reading your comment I really don't care. Sounds like a lawsuit in the making by the seller.

Go back and reread my post, no where did I say we doing it right now, I said if we don't get a response.....

There is no need to attack mods or TN either.

Yes, lawsuit. It has happened several times on artifact forums where user names were associated with bad sellers.
 

It has been shared in the past with other bad seller scams....

I don't feel I am attacking anyone. You are siding with a person who can't seem to get his payment dates straight (go back and reread the posts) and you haven't heard the sellers side of the story. Enough said.

Well fine then, if he did get scammed, I'll spread the word, go ahead and sue me, and BTW if you had read that, I said IF he got scammed. Me and my wife own our own business, and I can tell you if somebody passes a bad check that they knew would bounce,we let EVERYBODY in the community know who it was, it is a common curtesy to inform others of deadbeat scammers.

Ok enough with the interpersonal arguing. Where is The OP now and did he get the part he paid for? I have seen many items on Ebay that use factory pics to show the item. Not sure why they don't actually show the item they are selling, But you really do see that kinda thing when they have multiple items to sell. Just cut and paste over and over, it is not the real part, but is supposed to represent the real part.
I hope it all works out for both sides, and I hope the rest of you guys or gals can kiss and make up. Life is too short for such minor issues.
