Found the cabin of browns park lost loot 28k double eagles

Just an update. Ok I went up to the cabin over the weekend. Just to make sure it was still there and it is. No tracks or otherwise I poked around checking out the terrain and such. The pine beetles were quiet. On the way home had a collision with a deer. Not good for the deer or my heart. Done some research over the winter. Not much new that way. However I did learn a few tricks here. Thanks to those who gave me heads up!! Also I finally was able to save enough to pick up an MD and a cam> But I think I got the wrong MD. I bought it on Ebay should be here in a few days. I got the e-series ltx when I think I should have got the dfx. Did I mess up?? I did save a couple hundred so I am happy. If I have to I will switch. Now smart people give me pointers. It don't talk so I am like scrambling to figure the creature out.
As for Bill he went in for back surgery at Christmas time and he is still not doing to good. He has to go back in and they will cut him again. It is here I will find it. Ok ESPer's say something smart. Lets get it found.

It isn't easy to just go out and dig in overgrown terrain covered by fallen trees and whatnot that you have to practically climb to.

Cyn

Thank you CYN.

You took the words right out my Mouth.

If it were so easy, why hasn't someone Jumped the Claim yet ?

Not Everyone who reads here is completly trustworthy.

I don't want to give out too many details on this one, but I'm reminded of two guys who found an old safe from a store that had been destroyed by a flood in the late 1800's. It probably weighed at least 600-800 pounds, was lying face down and literally cemented into a creek bed by a century of rust and clay sedimentation, and only about 6" of the back was still exposed. It took them an entire day to dam around it, peel the back off with mining picks, and break through the inner box. For years they didn't tell anybody about it, but eventually one of them shared the story with a self-declared genius who asked, "Why didn't you just poke a crowbar down one side of it and flip it over?"

'Nuff said.

So... was there anything in it??

Let's just say that the safe wasn't empty, but it didn't pay them too much for their time either— or so they claimed.

Supposedly, they had other reasons for keeping quiet about it. (One of them has since passed away.) So, I've always respected that and never revealed the location or any more information than I have here.

Did this happen to be the flood (burst dam) north of Wickenburg AZ? I've been there and it is rugged terrritory and beautiful. It was interesting looking at the old mining shacks.

BobunSD I miss read your post , I see you were reffering to PBK's post :-\ the place you are talking about is Walnut Grove , AZ , been looking for the safe that had gotten washed out of the hotel when the dam broke , so have a few other folks , been to Waggoner while you were up there??
Buddy

Yep, that's the place. I almost didn't make it back up the rocky road leading down. Haven't been to Waggoner. 8)

So,what happened? ??? Update please.

Ok. Not that I've ever been there but (the only place out west I have been is Portland)...it sounds like a lot of people know the whereabouts of this cabin. Maybe not easy to get to but an educated person should be able to find this place with a little time, effort, and maybe a little money and a topo map. Don't you think it probably has been found? I bet somebody found it and those coins are sitting pretty in somebody's collection and they are sitting reading our posts laughing their 1@#es off. I'm not saying to stop trying. By all means keep at it until you know it's not the place, or that the gold is gone. I'm just saying it's something to think about.

Sounds good. Here are a few things you should take . Your MD,a shovel, camera, extra batteries, digging tool and a bag to bring the loot back. Dont have to post pics of your finds...but a pic of the terrain and the cabin would be cool.

You do not have all time in the world...now is the time.
So forgive me if you you do not agree.

There is a lot of money enough to share with
some helpers. There are some retired men or men
with vacations coming up. Get a group together
and draw up a agreement how each one will share.

Have a honest person keep it for you...now you all
know who is who good working men with good
reputaions.

With 5 or 6 men you should be able to find it with all the
all the right tools they would have. Some right here on
this board .

Now go for it and you will not have to work so hard or
do without there is enough for all of you so there you have it.

Man I know there are good men that would be more to help
and share and you all would not have to worry. Money in
hand is better than in ground dreaming about.

Someone will find it better sharing then letting it get away
you surely could use the help..check everyone out first know
who you are picking not everyone is bad or greedy.
