I do have to agree with this, its those not so obvious things that make it difficult to disprove the religious connection.

Not to sure about that, the obvious ones that anyone with a basic understanding of christian symbols are the ones that can be hoaxed the easiest. Where it starts to get tricky to disprove them as a hoax are the subtle misleading symbols that somebody truly immersed in Christianity would understand.
And could you please address this non-answer to my previous question? Why do you feel that only those marks are significant and not any of the others? They truly aren't the only superfluous marks on the horse, please help me to understand your reasoning?

I do not consider the additional areas you have circled as being superfluous.
The mane, spine, and hindquarters details.
Do you have an alternate explanation for the extras, specifically the most prominent one...the deep "cut" under the number "3" ?
