Doing the same here as it is another scorcher in the Great White North, 96 here right now and humid. There is a slice of Orange drowning in some recently purchased Blue Moon Belgian White and the wife and daughter are at a Hindu festival. No detecting today just having a nice cold one and enjoying my Central Air. Mr. DJ, In keeping with the nautical theme could we hear "Yellow Submarine" and I'll get Wasaya to put on Mrs. Backbacon's old hat and enjoy the music with the rest of us.

It's all good fellow Jammie wearing man, heck I like to put on a tune or three once in awhile. We all contribute to the great time here as does yourself. Did you try that marinade? I'm sorry I didn't get back to you right away as I was out of town bush wacking. Give me a few days notice or PM me and I or the other foodies here will surely hook you up.

no haven't smoked any meat of late, but I will try it next time. been too hot here to fire it up
