Yep she's a tough one....she puts up with me remember....lol....she booked tomorrow to help a friend with a kitchen reno....so I've been drafted to help her remove some moulding and the back splash behind the sink and counter, etc....

As we speak we're both picking black and red currant from our bushes and making jelly...I'm just taking a short break inside with the air conditioning....it's like 100 degrees with the humidity factor.

Great pictures, and really nice weather for a change..Yellow perch were fighting to get into my cooler, and 12 ended up in the skillet, along with some sweet corn. mm mm good! If this hot and humid weather continues as predicted, the Lake will look good. No place better to see the sun set. The salmon bite has picked up again, and with the freezer cleaned out, need to start putting away the winter supplies.

Great looking spot....our backdoor neighbors headed off to Maine for their son's wedding this weekend....it was in Bar Harbor don't know if it's near your area or not.

ouch! glad u survived. i would type more but I just cut my finger doing yard work. May need a stitch or two but I'just put a pressure bandage on and hold it above my head for a while, lol.

stitches? never had one in my life (except I suppose tonsillectomy) you never hear of duct tape?

Usually there are some tall ships moored out in the harbor, but I think they were all out on their sightseeing tours.

Come on over Squiggy! Always room for friends. We took our son over there for some swimming this afternoon after we went to a pool party. LOL! My wife joined us after a while as she ha been called into wrk for a dog with liver failure.

Bill, Bar Harbor is about 95 miles north east of us. Would be shorter as the crow flies but you have to drive around the water. Believe it or not I have never been there. I might just go this summer to see what it's like.
