Also saw Lynyrd Skynyrd for third time the night before the plane crash, still have 6 foot confederate flag Ronnie Van Zant threw to me after I threw a couple joints up on stage....I was front and center...Still had festival seating then....

Also got to see Ike and Tina Turner live in a night club before Tina went solo....


Saw Rod Stewart for 1st time when he was with the Jeff Beck group with Jeff Beck and Ron wood in 1968, then again when he and Ron Wood joined Faces and toured America in1972, saw him again 2 more times, last time was in 1994..

Tull, Stones, Led Zeppelin, Johnny and Edgar Winter, Jefferson Airplane, ZZ Top, ELO........

List goes on and on of who is who of rock and roll......

My only, older Sister, who lives 1000 miles away,
just called me from out of the blue after 5 years and we talked for an hour or more....

She is doing well...

Of my grades for college, including upper level Psychology....

The true story of Dick's Creek.....

When my Mom died, I was left with a small inheritance,
and I was then living in Kansas and Carol lived in Oklahoma.


I rented a newer truck that would provide transportation and
picked up Carol and away we went to the mountains of North Georgia.

Well, Carol wasn't too keen on camping, but I made the trip as comfortable as possible....
