Just scheduled an appointment for Saturday to get a tattoo of my Unit patch.
Under the tat of my Unit Crest.
After that, maybe a couple more Medal ribbons and then I'll stop for awhile.
Maybe....
Did I mention that tattoos are addictive?
Last Saturday while I was getting 2 Service ribbon tat's, Bryan came over and said,
"Damn, Scott! You are sitting there reading a newspaper just like you're getting a haircut!"
I looked up, smiled and said, "I have a high threshold for pain, Brother."

After being awarded "Employee of the Month," I feel a greater sense to prove my worthiness of the recognition...
Tonight, as I was walking towards the time clock to clock out,
a selector came to me and said, "Senor Scott, my wheel is no good. You can fix it, yes?"
It was a Raymond pallet jack and I pulled out my pocket flashlight, dropped to my knees and inspected the caster wheels and drive tire.
The drive tire was "chunked out," and I said, "Ah, my Friend, you need a new drive wheel. Pull over to here and I'll change it for you. Give me 10 minutes."
In 8 minutes we bumped fists and he was back running with a new drive wheel!
I wonder if anyone has ever received "Employee of the Month" for two months in a row?
Best,
Scott
Additional Thought:
Many folks came to me today to congratulate me for "Employee of the Month."
One forklift operator said, "I see your Brother on the TV is famous."
(There is a big screen TV in the break room that shows safety messages, news and current events of the company.
My picture was shown as the "Employee of the Month.")
I said, "Ah, you saw my Brother, huh? Well, I am better looking and smarter!"
There were about 3-4 others around while this exchange took place....
Everyone laughed.
