Crispin has been missing in action for quite some time now....hopefully he's doing well.

We kind of lost touch since he kind off dropped off the thread.

Between his job and young family I'm sure he has his hands full.

Sleep is not a friend of mine....Certainly you know why....

Scott I believe our sleep will never revisit us my friend........ I slept 20 minutes last night and then it was nightmarish............
 

Hmmmm. A very different ptsd combined with meds used to make sleep a wild ride. Rolling over by itself was a free fall.
Nightmares were not real,once awake. Symbolic perhaps but only rough while asleep and a couple minutes after.

Today the first few minutes can still be a trip ,but sleep follows.
Sometimes quiet is needed ,other times too quiet.

Outdoors though ...and in different places , if not quiet and with nature' s third shift at work ,despite waking up at intervals I drop out into sleep well.
Lightly but soundly.

My first concert, Seattle July 17, 1977. My cousin (who lives in Lake Oswego) took me. Wow. That really got me into guitar playing and heavily addicted to Rock & Roll!!
It caused me to join bands.... In and out of high school. It influenced me to attend GIT. Which was the most awesome year of my life... Second only to my daughters birth. It implied that I buy LOTSA guitars....
Which helped me to become a luthier, because it's easy...And cheaper... to repair and modify guitars yourself...
Hey Jimmy, if you ever tire of those Les Pauls.... I would be more then happy to take a few off your hands!!

My favorite to play......

My wife had a standard Dacshund for 15 years, but she died of cancer years ago...........I wasnt pleased another mouth to feed.
