Basic signs and symbols you have found

Looking forward to seeing as much as you want to show.
If it is a sun sign it will be very clearly evident.

Note that if it has no rays it is telling you to go West. There will be other signs and symbols that give distance.
If it has rays it is telling you to go East. The number of rays will give you a distance.

Thanks Again Old Dog,

As soon as I can I will be getting close-ups of this and others.

Meanwhile; I started to post this photo in Spanish Drill Marks, then I noticed the stone above it and the stone above it...
I'm going back over photos, trying to be more aware now of what might be in them. The middle stone is a pointer??

Thanks in Advance

Jerry

ps I don't think it could have anything to do with a fence, the cow would have to be airlifted up there... It would even be a challenge for "Somehiker" to get there.

Hi Javaone:
I adjusted the lighting and contrast a little bit and spotted the large curved "V" coming over the top of the bottom stone with it's point next to a drill hole. There's also a large white-ish number "1" on the bottom left and a deep straight chiselled line on the bottom right.
There's a few other spots that look like small drill holes, but I'm not going to mark anything. I'll just leave everything "open" for other's opinions.

Thanks Shortstack, Something about those rocks seemed interesting.... more please. :)

I see a person with his head on the boulder a triangle for a nose, below him theres a open mouth and a V, all are good carvings. Thanks for sharing

Great post Jerry,
check out the shadow of the Owl on the lower left of the bottom and second boulder!!
can you see it??<a pefect example of 'hidden in plain site'.
sometimes they saved the most important signs to be hid in the shadows!

ps I think the Owl symbol to the codemakers , it meant Cache, the second level of meaning was a warning to all people based on the statements of Isaiah..condemning this as being unfit to eat..so its symbol would meant by implication..unfit to touch things marked by the Owl..the tertiary meaning , the contemporary one is Wisdom of course.

Ancient Owl. THE Owl is a night-bird of prey, and was to the Jews an unclean bird, unfit for food. Several species are found in Israel, and are mentioned in the Bible (Lev. xi. 17 ; Deut. xiv. 16; Isaiah xiv. 23; xxxiv. 15 ; Zeph. ii. 14). The owl is a frequenter of ruined places, and is generally mentioned in the Holy Scriptures as a symbol of desolation, destruction, and solitude.

Thanks rangler,

No, I didn't see that - I see the owl now that you pointed it out. Thanks!!

Anything else? What might the "V" mean on the lower stone?

Have had a heck of a week and it isn't over yet.

Rangler, you honor me with a post.
you are welcome anytime.
There seems to be a notch that may be a good confirmation mark,
Lower right hand corner. Definitely a chisel made mark.

Nice catch on the owl.

Thanks Old Dog,

Oops, I got to looking at the possible owl shadow, but some of it was cut off. Now it looks like a pointer with sloped shoulders - Death Trap??
:dontknow:

Thom,
It is I sir, that is honored, after all over 60,000 views is an awesome display of your knowledge, I know I speak for everyone on this site, we are most thankful for your presence
AND your perseverance!
Yes the notch has to been the confirmation mark as I can find no other one. Dont forget you could have a secondary meaning of the notch......something to keep in mind if this Omega monument doesnt give you the two things it was made to convey..Direction and Distance!
Thom.....Please keep up the great work!
your brother in oro-ese lol

ps I hope that next week brings less stress.

Just so your sure, it is an owl not a death trap or pointer sign....
hope this helps, remember my last post of what an owl means.

Whoa, sign sign everywhere a sign
Blockin' out the scenery, breakin' my mind
Do this, don't do that, can't you read the sign?

Yes,... Very exciting!!
Going back to reading to make sure I know what to look for and do next... Wish the weather would cool off.

Thanks Again

Am finally back in front of my own PC and have the time to say something.
Only to find it has almost all been said. LOL

That notch I spoke of has a shadow in it at the same time as the owl shadow shows up.
and to top it off it points at that owl.
A side note...
I will bet that you will discover the rest of the visible things to be geofacts. (naturals)
A good disguise for the real thing.

That kind of helmet the head is wearing...I tentatively associate that with guarded spot or military around or involved. Of course..would expect to find water near by. Anywhere from 50-500 feet.

Jerry,
Catch the owl at the premium point.
Mark the point specifically between the ears use a walking stick or something a little longer...
as a pointer going down the center of the owl's body as a pointer. (note,it may be reversed as it is a shadow.)

Kim,
I must ask ...
Where do you see the water signs?

I have gone back and scoured the picture and they escape me.

OD,
After some visualization, I think I understand your instructions. Sigh... I don't envy me having to get to that point. snif - its a bear. I'll send my wife up there! lol

Thanks

Jerry,
Just lay a walking stick down on the shadow so that it splits the ears on the owl.
It should be directional, if the terrain doesn't allow for one direction it could mean 180 degrees.
So as it is all a simple movement... look behind you and see if there isn't another monument that this lines up with.

Sorry I should have explained a little better.
My bad.

Hey OD, Yep... that's what i visualized. You explained it just fine... I was trying not to over think it.

Thanks for the clarification
