Guess who you are upset with sat because he called certain Asian gals ornamental?? Actually that is a compliment, which I followed. In fact I almost married one on Mactan. sigh Talk about ornamental gals sigh . :love4: :love9: :love5:

That word in no way means useless, but is a high compliment.

This my Latina ornamental gal, and many Philippinas son de Los Espanols.

Remember 'ornamental' means delightful to look at.

Don Jose de La Mancha

I guess it depends on where you come from, in the US it is considered to be derogatory.

Thanks for the link about the shipwreck treasure found in Korea. At least that is real treasure, found by real treasure hunters .......

Thank you SWR for admitting that the 3.3 tons of coins recently found is (WWII) treasure. No need to, again, express your opinion whether or not this is part of the treasure that is the topic of this discussion, as indicated in the news article. Off topic, but this is another recent find estimated to be worth $10 Billion:

There is another difference about that ship. What is it ?

Oh yeah, there are photos of the coins and not just tall tales on the internet, with a bunch of excuses why they won't show photos.

LOL, photos of actual treasure found. WOW, what a concept.

Here's another of a different treasure ...

Note the lack of BS, and the inclusion of photos. Even clear focused ones. Amazing huh ?

Not so much "treasure"... simply a ship that was sank in WWII that had some coins on it. The cords have always been known.

Claiming it to be "treasure" is a stretch

Okay, it's not treasure, just 3.3 tons of coins.

You think that is a photo of the actual coins? This is why it is useless to post photos here. All that happens is amateurs, who have no idea what they are talking about, express their personal opinions, which are almost always wrong. I posted the emerald ring story here quite some time ago. As SWR says, please try to keep up with the thread/conversation. As to BS, you should stick to your derogatory comments about girls, as I guess you think are as much of an expert about them as you think you are about treasure. If you are such an expert on the Atocha, tell me who located it before the Fisher group did.

I never claimed to be an expert on anything. That seems to be your interpretation.

Bottom line is that there are many treasures that have been found and documented.

... but not from the Philippines.

And if you are that easily offended and sensitive about my earlier picture/slogan, I recommend you be very careful on the internet. There are lots of things out there for such delicate sensitivities.

Ladies and gentlemen May I post a few descriptions in order to clarify a certain usage of a complementary word, especially since it ''was' used in a complimentary context..

http://www.slang-dictionary.com/definition/ornamental.html

ornamental
Definition
noun British
an Oriental person, in student parlance. The term is usually 'descriptive' rather than 'derogatory or racist'.

"ornamental" describes something as adding beauty to a subject, often used in regards to woman indicating her beauty.

**************************

In this case do you deny that she 'is' very ornamental? Beautiful? Adds to where she is?
***************************

It was posted in regards to the lovely gal -->

"Geeze sat, if nothing else, I must say that you have exquisite tastes in females. sigh.

Don Jose de La Mancha

There is something about those Ornamental Oriental girls

boy howdy!

Yeah, sure you have. The real treasure you have in the Philippines is those cute girls.

Brother... you got that right! WOW"

~~~~~~~~
How can anyone begin to think that any derogative remarks were made? Every single one about her has been *****positive and admiring.
As a matter of fact I would like to find one for swr, he might become more mellow.
~~~~~~~~

I spent years in old China, Japan, and the Philippines, love the gals in all countries and married one from Mexico after a 2 year, old fashioned, full formal, Spanish courtship. Yes, complete with serenades, promenades, bans, presentations etc. etc.

I have yet to insult any person, woman in here, now some years. oops, the exception is sat, and my friend swr.

I said "I guess" you think you are an expert. I never said that anybody claimed anything about being an expert. Meaningful dialogue only happens when people do not misconstrue things and take them out of proper context.

There are many treasures that have been recovered in the Philippines, and these have been documented extensively. If this interests you, why don't you do some research on the subject matter? There is much more documentation with respect to treasure recoveries that have been made in the Philippines than Mel Fishers "find", which is relatively small, compared to these, and others like the link I recently posted.

Why don't you ask some Asian girls what they think about your little slur? Oh, that's right, you have probably never stepped foot in Asia, and most certainly not in the Philippines. Regardless, none of this dialogue is contributing anything constructive or worthwhile to anybody here, so there is no need for you to post a reply to this.

Oh no, I'm not upset at all. I'm just pointing out how disingenuous it is to post a term that offends millions. Using this term in the US is analogous to calling a Mexican a wetback, an Italian a spick, a German a kraut, a Filipino a flip, a Japanese a jap, etc. I think you get the point. You might consider it a compliment, but millions do not.

Slightly off-topic here... one wonders how "disingenuous" it is when one accuses military hero's and Heads of States of "stealing" fictitious treasures without the first bit of plausible evidence or supporting citations.

Keeping in mind, that fiction novels, political science novels or conspiracy theories are not plausible evidence or supporting citations.

My reply was to Don Jose de La Mancha. Regardless, there are numerous news articles on a daily basis about massive and widespread corruption in the Philippine Government at all levels including the military. If these people are your "heros" I suggest you study the documentation, it is abundant.

Don Jose de La Mancha

Yeah same here Don Jose. I guess SWR is talking about the General Douglas MacArthur who left 70,000 American and Filipino prisoners to fend for themselves on the Bataan pennsula while he, his family, and his staff fled to Australia. Maybe SWR has never heard of the Bataan Death March. Seems MacArthur had selective amnesia when it came to bayonetting babies or having beheading contests, or any of the other atrocities the Japanese committed in the Philippines and elsewhere, not to mention the brutalities they commited at Unit 731. Needless to say, the Bataan Death March resulted in the same fate for many. President Truman didn't fire him soon enough. So much for heros. As I said before, I am here to share useful information and help others with their endeavors. SWR's extreme obsession with attempting to discredit others is a completely useless waste of time, and not helpful to anybody. The redundant rhetoric over and over again is useless. I don't need to prove anything, I have successfully transacted items that SWR thinks are fake, and I hope to be able to help others do the same.

Yeah, you missed it, but it is not cleverly concealed. Just research the source materials for the many books that have been published about this. If reading is not your cup of tea, there are also many photographs to look at.

So, in lieu of citing the "many books" [weasel words] that have been published about how General MacArthur or America stole tons and tons of buried "treasure" that the Japanese hid on the Philippines in World War II you chose to support your opinion/view with insults instead.

Oh so typical of those who know when they are whipped.

The only "insult" I see here is "weasel words". Maybe you should do your own research instead of wasting time and contributing absolutely nothing worthwhile to this thread. Or better yet, write a book denying documented history and come back in a few years, if you learn something worthwhile that you care to share that is helpful to others.

People who have actually studied history will know what the document this came from represents.

You are right, I meant to post the photo taken off the shore of Corregidor, which happens to be near Manila.

This is from my friend who invented the GPR technology. Hopefully this is helpful to those of you that are actually doing something:

A few general guidelines.

The lower the radar frequency the deeper the signal penetration depth. But low frequencies mean long wavelengths and this lowersthe resolution. For example a radar frequency of 100 MHz means the wavelength in the ground will be about 1 foot maximum

Soil moisture content can be a big factor by causing high absorption of the radar signal. Lots of rain in the right soil washes extra salt out of wet soils and this can be helpful.

Clay is enemy #1, causing very high high absorption of the signal in the ground. In California we are lucky to get a few inches of penetration in our high clay (adobe) soils.

Radar usefulness often varies a lot around a given site.

This may also be helpful for those of you that are actually doing something:

Most field agents are not full time Alphabet employees, just freelance assholes. Full-timers supervise the field agents. There is no question in my mind that ZA is a "freelance asshole" (also called "a hyena" because they hang around the perimeter of kills hoping for scraps). They imagine themselves to be jackals but are only hyenas. He has the ideal profile for a hyena associated with recovery attempts in PI. His information comes to him from the Alphabet controllers, who use ZA as a cat's paw in hope of duping somebody like you into sharing information. ZA can't resist trying to make himself look important by dropping information that he has no way of knowing except from his controllers. Characteristic behavior. As I've told you in the past, my brothers both worked their entire lives for the Alphabets, and other members of my extended family were highly placed in the Keyhole program. When I was working on --------------- the regime thought it was anti-russ when it was simply anti-cbw. But they tried to scoop me up, buttered me on both sides, and showed me all kinds of files at AlphaHQ. After which we thoughtfully moved to Europe and broke off all contact. So I am very well informed about their ways and means. I knew Casey and many others quite well. A lot of those guys are not totally bad, representing the distaff side, and I'm still contacted by them from time to time. In this case, it appears that ZA has convinced somebody on staff that there is a lot of activity now in PI, and that ZA might be able to find out more if they will pay his upkeep for a year in PI. That's better than working as a night watchman.It's truly bizarre and stupid for him to mention --------- as he did. He's trying to make himself sound important. I would avoid him like typhoid mary, if I were you. Let's just call him hyena.

Hope this is helpful.

These videos below are important for those of you who are actually doing something in the Philippines, and they also explain why people who are actually doing things don't publish it, and what the consequences can be if they do:
