Whats on the menu tonight?

I do a lot of hiking with two cinder blocks in my MDM-11 at a 10-16 mile clip. Its not for everybody, but works for me.

I use to go for walks wearing that 80 pound weight belt i have,did a little jogging but its got tough on the hips from the chaffing your skin.

Well you diehards!
I went back to the beach, but just took pictures this time...still walkin' though...
Now I'm hung gry!

Cheese burgers tonight. Gluten free bun for my kid, dog lookin' around, wife prepin' the lettuce. damn good!!!

I dont know buddy,me thinks you got major problems if your gut is chaffing your hipsI'll take a couple of them burgers though,they can wash down the few chicken salad sandwiches with onion lettuce and tomato I had for dinner.

I use to have some fun with old speakers.I had a pioneer receiver and amp,200 watts a channel.I use to hook old car speakers up to it just to watch them dance around then pass away

never played around back in the old days with stereos, but I had a cb base station with a 500watt silver streak amplifier..just dead keying it would bleed out every bodies TVs for several blocks in all directions.
