Hay, tonight it's my infamous spaghetti and meatballs.
I boil the pasta for 20 min then give it the wall test. If it passes, I strain out the water and place in big bowl.
I cook the traditional Ragu in a small pressure cooker with added pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic/ salt. 45 mn.
The balls are frozen, per prepared from BJ's. I put them on a sheet of aluminum on a cookie sheet and dump a lot of Mc. dry gravy mix on them.
I HI broil them for 5 min, then LO broil them for 5 min, then bake at 350 for about 20min.
I pour the sauce on the pasta in the bowl then put the balls in the bowl, then use the spaghetti server to mix it up.
It always taste best after a night in the frig for some reason. I serve it with an ample covering of Parmesan grated cheese.

Hay, if you want something wild, use mountain oysters instead of the meat balls. lol
