Well, these last few posts are a lot to think about! Especially the 'eat too much'. If it wasn't for 'eating too much', I'd be having a lot of snacking food. I love the round peanut butter crackers with several things, like Underwood's Roast Beef spread, or soup, etc. I like Ritz crackers with all of that too. I keep a lot of 'stuff' in my desk drawers for snacking; but try to resist it. I've got chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, Reece's flavored butterscotch chips, French burnt peanuts, round peanut butter crackers, square peanut butter crackers (cheese-flavored crackers, I think), some Queso flavored Great Value potato chips, dried banana chips, mini marshmallows, unsalted dry roast peanuts, honey-roasted peanuts, cashews, raw almonds, and some Crackjacks. Also I keep some of the butterscotch hard candy discs and the chocolate flavored mint 'starlight' mints; these are for my 'dry-mouth' caused by some of the meds I'm taking.
I don't eat a lot of these things. I guess the butterscotch discs and the chocolate mints are the most eaten. I only eat four, sometime maybe 7 of these a day. I just put them in my mouth to keep the saliva flowing. If I don't, my mouth gets so dry that my tongue will stick to the top denture and feels like it is peeling the hide off when I pull it away. Talk about can't whistle? lol I try to eat a decent, but light breakfast, then a big lunch. The rest of the day I may eat a 4 pack of the peanut butter crackers, or a handful of chips, etc; especially if I mix a drink. Since I've got away from eating so many of these snacks, I'll probably have to throw some of them away. I threw away some marshmallows that actually aged enough to get hard yesterday.
