Buffalo burgers with homemade fries and buns.

I had a buffalo burger in Wyoming once. I got all hyped up by the locals that it was the best buffalo burger in the state. Turned out to be a ground beef patty in the shape of a buffalo. :tongue3:

The homemade fries sound good.

Re: What's For Dinner?

Buffaloe and moose burgers I have eaten were very dry.
Not much fat on them.
Never tried Emu yet.
Probably tastes like chicken.

I've only had buffalo, and I agree it was a bit on the dry side.

Re: What's For Dinner?

Today for lunch was cheesy onion soup in a homemade bread bowl, tonight will either be the cheesy onion, or seafood bisque.

Re: What's For Dinner?

Some kind of fowl meal.
Not sure how I want to cook it.
Rainy here so not on BBQ.

Re: What's For Dinner?

I actually decided to skip the seafood bisque, and or the cheesy onion soup, and decided on creamed chicken over biscuits, and a leafy green Italian salad (with dandelion greens) with Parmesan cheese. A cold beer later, maybe two.

I love the greens, we pick them in our yard.

Re: What's For Dinner?

Leftover ribs, mushroom rice, hot dogs and rotel cheese dip. :D

And whatever else I can find growing in the fridge. :tongue3:

Re: What's For Dinner?

Re: What's For Dinner?

Granny,
Chinese is good. I like to get it often.
Tonight I need something different cause we had everything else that I could think of last week.
So I'm cooking my first sweet corn on the cob of this season and Texas hots on the grill, with salt potatoes.
