OMG TnMountains, that looks so Delicious.

We are having Cheese burgers, pork -n- beans, and spaghetti salad. Maybe a couple of deer steaks.

Enjoy buddy, looks great.

I just reread this and realized I typed (porn -n- beans) the first time. ;D

Happy Memorial day to you all..

Re: What's For Dinner?

Looking good TNM.

It's grilled miniburgers on yeast roll buns, potato salad and homemade baked beans. Cup cakes for desert. Saturday was my daughter's sixth birthday. She didn't get a party because we were away for a funeral. She got to choose what we cooked today for her birthday meal. :)

I think she chose very well. 8)

Re: What's For Dinner?

Granny,
Your baked potato sounds good. I make them often, with lots of butter and sour cream on top.
I have a pound of ground beef thawed out for to-night's supper, but not sure what to make with it yet.
If I can't think of anything I will make a big cheeseburger and homemade french fries. These all always good with me.
I'm tired out and anything sounds good.
Been mowing hay down all day, and I'm getting hungry.

Re: What's For Dinner?

School is finally out for the summer so today My Son and Daughter are sleeping in, we have tornado warnings so I will not let them go to the local swimming pool, neither of them will be too happy about that.

I have some fresh sausage thawing (locally raised and processed), I plan on browning it, mixing in some fresh eggs (home raised), Cheddar cheese, onions, red bell peppers, tomato, (all garden fresh, except the cheddar cheese), a little salt & pepper. My own "hillbilly omelet".

On the side I'm going to toast some Italian bread that a friend made for us.

The kids love breakfast foods any time of the day, so I doubt I'll get any of it, as long as their belly's are full is all that matters to me.

Have a great Sunday folks!
