Thought it was a bullet of some sort at first.

Anyways guys it's been fun. I appreciate all your replies opinions and suggestions. My main concern was to open it without damaging, which we pretty much managed to do.

What did you do to finally get it open?

I used the rubber gloves, Ice on one side and hot water on the other but what did it for me was a rubber tipped wood clamp. I was able to get a good bite on it on one side with out damaging and pull on the other. Then I realize it was a twist top.

Ant got it on his last guess but I knew he was correct because I have the exact same thing lol I just cant find it. And the inside is just as I said. If I ever find mine, I will post a pic.

Mine opens and has a brass dabber inside. I believe its perfume or eyeliner like Ant said.. Its not a pen.

I think mine was screw top. Its all brass including the built in dabber thing.

Actually yours looks like it has some plastic. Mine is all brass. Is yours all brass? Mine is the exact shape.
