When I go out and about and put on the muzzle, I have several that I rotate. My job as a service tech requires that I wear it when going into inhabited enclosed spaces.

I Noticed when I went Grocery Shopping, I Sweated Profusely & the mask got moist around my Mouth.
I Don't doubt this happens with kids too & that Dirt sticks to Kids masks in the Mouth area as they Fiddle with it.

Some no doubt Drink through theirs for a Laugh, some Maybe even try to eat through it for a Laugh or Dare.

again, I almost Passed out while unloading my Cart on the check out Counter.
at one point flipped the mask off my Mouth to get Equilibrium and b****ed loudly
about the rule as I did. & as soon as I was able to push the cart towards the door, I ripped the Mask off.

Guaranteed if I were to Pass out while Shopping I'd talk to a Lawyer about Suing the Governor,
Even though I Don't believe in Suing.

Additionally, we have much better detection and symptomatic treatments than we had in 1918.

In my opinion the biggest difference between now and then is affordable and expedient continental and global travel...which is HUGE!!!!
That is the white elephant in the room.

People keep talking about “re-opening air travel”...what they fail to do is look at the daily radar map of the US...there are plenty of planes flying all over the place every day...entering and leaving the country.

Just wait 2-4 weeks after the holiday weekend and see what happens. If Everyone would just go 1, maybe 2 months wearing a mask IN Public, this would go away. It's not or shouldn't be political, it should be Americans looking out for other Americans...Period.

I've been wearing one in public since mid February And I wear it in a vehicle that I know someone else could be in. Regardless of which vehicle I'm in, I Always wipe everything down when I get out.

I'm healthy, not high risk in Any Way, but I have no way of knowing if I've picked something up, how long it lives on everything, just like nobody else knows. I feel like it's the least I can do if I have to go out for something. Someone could be fighting cancer or have a compromised immune system, taking care of someone older or younger...

If everyone thought about how many people went to war in foreign countries...I'm sure they didn't love that. A lot gave their lives and some people here complain about wearing a surgical mask or bandanna for 30min??!! Jeez, that's pitiful and unbelievably selfish.

Reb, this isn't directed at you...I just now saw on TV a huge group of people with no distancing or masks partying on a river bank. It infuriates me that security guards at Dollar Stores and Fast Food restaurants have been shot or killed over this mask debate. We've All Gotta Listen to the Medical Professionals and stop this insidious virus so we can get back to our lives and keep around ourselves and those we love.

Maybe, but I just saw a headline that flights are still going back and forth between China, Europe, and the US.
That’s asinine, given the serious economic and social consequences that we are seeing.

I have seen the report, which is no surprise to me since I have been monitoring flights for months streaming into the USA - Though I gotta say, flights streaming out of NYC were and are a greater concern to me.
Problem is, nothing to base an opinion on from the article whether it is something to be concerned with or not.
We need to know how many flights, exactly where they originate from, cargo or passenger, if passenger, what screening methods, were they connecting flights or direct, ect.

Florida... You cannot tell a virus ever happened... if you did not see the mask wearers it would almost already be forgotten.

Roads are packed once again... tourists are flocking back... everything but movie theaters are once again open... with some regulations imposed... but overall its...

mom gave us a scare, she was negative, but heart is a prob

was going to try to keep track of # for ga., seems ga. and
other states, mixed the antibody and positive tests counts
together, gives a bad read on actual count
now they say antibody tests no good

neighbors about 5 doors down have passed, older couple mid 70s
about a week apart
the wife gave me a house key, take care of dog.found son # in book
called him, been 2 wk nothing back from son
im not a relative so hospital wont talk to me
so not sure what to do,son is in N.C. i think, cell # is VA.#
other neighbors have no info church, clubs, ect.
thinking i should just turn it over to sheriff
