No one, no one at all has the right to tamper with my rights with in the Bill of Rights......I am sure you know the meaning of nonnegotiable, they are nonnegotiable..............

It is obvious you are never going to understand how we As American Patriots feel about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, nothing you ever say will ever change my mind as far as this matter goes. As far as I am concerned we have compromised enough on the 2nd Amendment, I am not willing to compromise another inch on it...............

Completely understand and agree. And I believe that ever human being is born with inalienable rights regardless of nationality, race, gender, religion etc. don't you agree? That is certainly what the founding fathers believed.

And I find your statement "we as American patriots" obviously implying that I am not an American patriot as very very insulting. Why do you constantly find it necessary to make personal attacks against those who you do not know yet you believe do not share your views?

But, I don't believe you believe that.... I believe in the "law of the land", I believe in "due process of law", I believe in ALL the amendments in the Bill of Rights.................

I swore an oath to protect and defend the constitution, I will carry that oath to my grave which granted may not be that far off, but I will carry it in my heart till then... My grandkids may ask why I am no longer here and my kids will tell them because granddad died trying to make sure you were free........

Did I address that to you personally or did I make it in a general statement.....It was not a personal attack, notice I said you would not know how we feel as American Patriots, I never said you were not one....... I am an American Patriot, an American Patriot that believes in ALL the articles of the Bill of Rights and the Constitution, only you can make the call if you believe in all of them or not.... I am willing to lay down my life it it comes to it to defend them.

Yes you did address me personally - "It is obvious you are never going to understand how we As American Patriots feel about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, nothing you ever say will ever change my mind as far as this matter goes."

The last two times the British to to inject their ideas of way of life into an American lifestyle didn't turn out so well, did it?
Wde live our way, you live yours. They are different countries and your personal falovor of Kool-Aid is moot.
Do I tell you what the Queen should do in her spare time? No. I am not a British SUBJECT.
It's none of my business and my opinion and attempting to tell the majority of your country that they are wrong are both non-issues.

Whatever would make you think that:

1. We asked.
2. this is a good idea.
3. Your .02 about this country is going to impress or sway anyone, and not just serve to alienate people and cause a shitstorm.

Do you know what happened in 1812?

I'm not doing this with you. :-)
You can fish elsewhere.
I don't play word games on the internet. I lost my hearing and the vision in my right eye for you to express your opinion, so that's cool.
Express.
You are a citizen of this country I see.
I can't make you be right.

My point is that we are different types of people in different countries with different mindsets.

Cheers.

In all fairness. I believe you made the first cast in relation to fishing?

God Save The Queen

problem is, the founding fathers did not pass the second in order for we U.S. citizens to murder each other on a larger scale. Sheeesh, even the simple act of a background check is being touted as an attack against the 2nd amendment.

TH doesn't like facts mate.Actual body counts don't fit too well with his percentage rates and dubious polls! ;)

The UK is much broader in its definition of "violent crime": getting shoved in a bar fight counts.Throwing a rock (or Golf ball seems to be the weapon of choice) through someones window, counts.

Make up your facts and you'll get called out. One chance to tell the truth by "restructuring" the above content to reflect the facts.

For instance, property crimes - even in jolly old England - are not considered "violent crimes". That requires a victim, not a window.

Secondly, you are NOT a citizen as all Brits are "SUBJECTS of the crown" (may have gotten the wording wrong, but SUBJECTS is correct). Sorry, but the truth is the truth.

FBI Uniform Crime Reports and UK published crime statistics:

2011 firearms homicides
US: 8,583
UK: 58

2011 firearms homicide rate per 100,000 population:
US: 2.75
UK: 0.1

2011 overall firearms offenses:
US: 271525 (homicide, aggravated assault, armed robbery only)
UK: about 7500 (includes property damage offenses and other non-person crimes)

2011 Firearms offenses rate per 100,000 population:
US: 87 (homicide, aggravated assault, armed robbery only)
UK: 12 (includes about 20-25% fake weapons, and 30% criminal damage only - i.e. vandalism. In other words, it's really lower than that.)

Firearms-related death rate (all causes):
US: 10.2
UK: 0.25

The UK is much broader in its definition of "violent crime": getting shoved in a bar fight counts.Throwing a rock (or Golf ball seems to be the weapon of choice) through someones window, counts. We also count BB guns and imitation guns as "firearms" for purposes of counting firearms crimes. Also, things like pepper spray and CS gas sprays are considered "firearms", and included in UK statistics.

Defence rests!

Excellent video, sourcing much of the same info that has been covered here before, which Dano conveniently decided to ignore.

Dano, you're entitled to your own OPINION, but NOT YOUR OWN FACTS.

If you don't know what you meant, what hope is there for anyone else to understand you?

Isn't the first time I've seen you reply to yourself in this manner. Multiple personalities?
