Was the storm as bad as they advertised it?Good morning all. Rain and thunderstorms here yesterday. One dead tree blew over by the pond. That’s actually good, I was wondering how to cut it so it wouldn’t fall in the pond or on the nearby dogwoods that we planted. Nature took care it and laid it right down between them.
Not here. We only lost that one tree that was already dead and waiting to fall anyway. Otherwise everything was fine. The highest wind gust we recorded here was only 30 mph. Other places got worse (the dust storms in the Texas panhandle were awful). We had some friends who drove through there and said it was pretty hard to keep the truck on the road. Was the storm as bad as they advertised it?
