I had started fermenting some brussel sprouts from the garden on the weekend. You can see how the brine is getting cloudy which is a good sign. Used garlic, peppercorns, smoked paprika and some chili flakes for seasoning.

Holy crikey.....my texas treasure hunting friend just shot a once in a lifetime elk !! They calculate size in some weird formula for antlers......and he's hovering on the world record for elk racks !! This is a 1000 pound elk !! hes a killer hunting guide and a relentless tracker of game and treasure !! I've got him some trophy fish over the years and hes been underwater on some old wrecks with me too !! This elk may go down for some records !!
