Good morning ARC, Rook, RR,Bill, Toecutter, and our awesome crew!

So RR you are up with the turkeys this morning...er chickens!

ECS,I could use some hot coco this morning, there’s frost on car windows. Hmmm...black powder coco...is that rum with a little black powder kick to it?

Good morning MSBEEPBEEP. How goes your morning?

Morning Bill. Morning Rook, so far so good.
Only on my first cup of coffee, so I’m not At soaring heights yet. How are all your furry family members?

Yes actually. I tried sneaking up on a gobbler that was in the field to take a picture, then I got turned around and we kinda bumped into each other. Of course I wasn't ready for that, so I never got the pic.

Good morning MsBB, ARC, Rook, RR,Bill & Toecutter. :hello:

I don't mean to put a damper on everyone's morning, but I just wanted to share with you all (my friends) one of the hardest things I've had to do in a long time. :sadsmiley:

Yesterday we had to put down my 17 year old daughter's 11 year old dog.
We got Lily for my daughter when she was 6, mainly because we only have the one child and we wanted her to have a special friend to play with all the time.

Lily was of the friendliest and healthiest dog we've ever had. She absolutely loved kids, especially little kids and didn't have a mean bone in her body.

She stopped eating on Friday last week and stopped drinking on Saturday.
After I got her blood work done yesterday morning, it showed that she had multiple internal health issues and that her body was shutting down.

So yesterday evening I took her to the vets and had her put to sleep.
Thankfully, this came on fast and I don't think she suffered very long.

I may have been the one who walked, fed, bathed, medicated and took care of her, but she was really our entire families dog.
You'll be missed more then you'll ever know Lily.

Keep barking at those birdies and chasing those squirrels my little sweetie... Daddy loves you! :love2:

Dave,

Sorry for your loss we've gone through the same ordeal with many cats we've had over the years and yes it's tough.
