At the risk of being made to walk the plank.....

LMAO! Spot on! That is why I dubbed "TMB," Typical Male Behavior. Especially the "not being able to find anything" part! Last night I had to "help" him fry morels. He never "helps" me cook. So why did I "help" him? Because I knew he wouldn't be able to "find" half the stuff he needed to do it. It was easier to "find" it for him than to wait for him to ask and me try to explain the navigation around the kitchen.:tongue3:

Sorry... dropped off for a bit.

Morning... err afternoon... errr ahhh early evening...

Anti - Bart - Bill - ECS - Rusty - Whadifind.

In alphabetical order. :P

And Rook I said morning to you already :)

And ... um... where are all the piratesses this fine day ? ? ?

They heard we were here waiting for 'em.

Love in Vain.

Aaawww!

Looky Beepsie, they be missin' our accompaniment.

Its just like when a noise goes on for a very long time and then suddenly stops. The silence gets deafening!!
:angel7:

Tonights menu cauliflower fritters which the missus is taking care of...my contribution is a pasta salad on the side with some chopped up tomato, cucumber, french shallots, chives and other herbs and home made dressing.

Tonight's menu:
Plain, BBQ, & Buffalo wings from Wynn Dixie, with coleslaw and macaroni salad and a bottle or two of MODELO NEGRA CERVEZA.

Well our supper sucked. The chicken had the worst texture ever. Last night’s pork chops were really tough. The main reason I shop at this store is because they have better quality meat than the big chains. Apparently that’s not happening anymore. We have half a cow on order from a neighbor and went in with some pigs with friends. I guess we will tough it out until they get butchered.

Did the chicken happen to have......numbered feathers? :icon_scratch:

Might explain the toughness.

WD,

Try marinating your meat overnight to help flavor and tenderize it before cooking. Easy to whip up some vegetable oil, some acid stuff could be lemon juice or some type of vinegar and whatever herbs, spices or seasoning you have or like.

It'll make the world of difference in the tenderness of the cooked meat.

Good idea on the bull. You’ll probably come out better that way.

Those were all quite funny, Rusty. The first one was the funniest. I have characteristics of all of them, but if I have to be honest, I probably am most like the girl. :tongue3:

She sounded like she was from Ohio.
