Far from an expert on these types of artifacts, however, we have quite a few fur trade detectorists on the Canadian forum and this silver artifacts looks like it would fit that category.

Don't believe Forida was in the fur trade business back in the day, however, there was lots of tribe to tribe trade going on back in the day which would explain how it got there if in fact you found it in Florida.

Not sure if it's the same case in your area or not, however, in Montreal the ethnic stores seem to be well stocked.
My guess they're not on most peoples radar screen as an option.

Me and the missus have been shopping at Indian, Asian, etc...types of stores for 30+ years so no problems for us.

Well,still no chicken,had some organic breast 2 little pieces for like $12 will have to watch your gator girl again Bill...

So far, our pollen seems minimal, probably because we still get Temps below freezing. Did you have any tornado warnings today or was that a different part of the state ?
