WD,

Well if it's any consolation.....at least you're not going stir crazy at home.

Well, I am stuck working for the time being. Until a higher authority comes and closes our doors or we run out of material. Apparently, we fall under the catagory of essential bussiness. OK. fine. It's just back and forth to work. :BangHead:

Bart,

Well done we're being super frugal also just used up some veggie scraps and chicken bones to make a stock and finished chopping up some root veggies for a home made hearty soup. Probably no more than 25 cents a bowl for soup that's way healthier than the canned version.

Hey bill....I had swordfish that we caught....some rice from the stockpile....and beans and onions that were given to us from a farm in homestead fl. View attachment 1813910
Only had to use a few cents of rice for this meal. I guess I'll fish soon to stock up the freezer and smoker !!

Good morning TYFG, bart, WD, bill and GB

dang bart that looks great.

It's making me hungry just looking at the pic. LOL !! We just found a bunch of hidden MREs from hurricane Irma!! I'm cleaning weapons and checking gear for emergency bail out plan on the boat.

You better send the boys out to catch fish to freeze and smoke for the end of days !!

I hear you.
I don't buy this overseas caught stuff anymore. You can still find the gulf shrimp in stores. Krogers Purdy good about stocking gulf caught.

They're letting inmates out here in NJ but I gotta stay home.

Gene,

Crazy times ain't it.....they're also releasing low risk convicts in Canada. Just wondering if they are planning to redeploy some of the prison guards to assist with maintaning civil order along with police and possibly military.

That would be my guess.

Screenshot_20200323-111954_Maps.jpg if it gets to be bail out time....I'll return to my childhood island by boat. I know the bush well here and theres not another living soul for many miles ! Fresh water is the biggest concern here but I know more than one good spring and a couple lakes. Good high ground, nice southern pine to build with, wild hogs, ducks, doves, white crown pigeons, and an abundance of fish, lobster, crab, and other seafood. Lots of defendable hiding spots here. Sailing or boating is the only way in...and that eliminates 80% of humans from ever having access. Of the 20% that would take to the water for survival...only a small percentage of them would risk there vessel in this tangle of waterways. Pirates paradise !!

Bart,

Always a good idea to have a plan B....just have a buddy with a farm give me a call to see how I'm doing.

He's got a huge house all to himself and in a pinch if unrest picks up we could probably head over there.

Dang Bart.
If I had passenger pigeons I'd mail you a few to ship me lobsters!

Hi there Rook!
Good morning Thirdeyeartifactguy, GB, Bart, Gene Mean, and whom ever else lurks around the ship.

Third hope things are going well for you.

Yep Gene, time to lock is away! Keep your lock pick set handy in case they decide to throw away the key!

Gov of Mass. was just on, as of noon tomorrow it is mandatory for all non-essential businesses to shut their doors and send employees home, or they will be fined. That's a tad ludicrous if they are struggling and not making money now anyhow....pay the fine in what? Blood, sweat, or tears?

I am home, have been staying home, I'm not the problem. If I hear "stay home" again, I just may go dance in the street...6 ft away from all objects. Evidently they are using the wrong media to communicate to the herd that keeps congregating out in public.

They haven't locked us in and thrown away the keys yet, but that would be the next step...thus, the lock pick set!

And exactly what are they basing this all on? An increased number of C19 cases?
That will be a given with increased testing. Because some people have it.

They would be better off mandating we all have bad breath, body odor, and onery attitude. Or maybe incessantly talking about ourselves would keep others away.
I'm going with 4 day fish in the sun spray!:laughing7:

Good morning Msbeepbeep. Hope your day is going good.

You as well Rook.
My day is going...in which direction is yet to be determined, but so far so good.
I'm busy trying to out wit myself...I think I won!

Good afternoon fellow Tnet mateys,
Sounds like things are still getting figured out. Interesting times for sure.
I was popping in to see how things are going. So far, so good in Idaho, supposedly a case, and a whole lot of people wondering what the heck is all this really about.

I like Blaks plan b, Aarrrrgg, a pirates paradise.

RustyGold,

Glad you're doing well. If things are fairly quiet in your area and the shelves well stocked time to up your long lasting pantry items because this isn't over by a long shot.

Stay safe everyone and let’s hope this thing blows over soon. Good luck!
