It's a 2'x8' with a 6' raised flue I would say 45 to 50 gal per hr, I have a blower on it so that helps a bit more. they are Grimm Lightning pans.

Went up to help plow out my sick mechanic buddy.
Found him on the tractor doing some plowing.
Did the long driveway, helped him close the shop door as it froze open.

The ground was so cold the snow wasn't to slippery.
Well that changed in the hour of the PM.
It turned to snot, while going up the sugar bush lane. Spun out, 3 foot drift now sits across in the trail.
Tundra rested against a tree, shovel-shovel, reverse hard cranking to the right, steering away from the tree in reverse.
Ok no damage
Frozen hard this morning, need to plow or its not going to be happening till spring.

Seems by February we get this OK I'M DONE WITH THIS WHITE CRAP. 🤣

I get 12 gph on the average, so it's a LONG drawn out affair.

We call it a evaporator for making Maple syrup.
Sap is 40-1 ratio so for every gallon of sap.
So his evaporator would make a gallon of syrup a hour.
Liquid gold.
