Hi. No. Im Old school actual man with a thinking brain that doesn't get sucked in and shaped. I have been at a number of those idiotic things.
They are programs used by many businesses and companies to create clone workers. Its psychology and was carefully crafted. Its not some random ideas used by different places, its a purposely structured formula. Have you ever noticed when you take your car to a dealership wether it be Ford, Toyota, Nissan, Kia etc they all treat you the same. I have. They answer the phone the same and all deal with you the same. Notice we used to be employees, workers! Now people are referred to as Team Members! You can be at a supermarket here, any brand one, and when you need help its "ill get a team member to help you out" or over the speaker "can a team member help out in the deli section". Its psychology, creating sheeple, all acting the same. That's what those meetings do, break down personal barriers expose them making them vulnerable then shape them through the program like putty and they don't even realise it. "Your a team member, don't let the team down, you are a team player like the rest of us, aren't you!?"
