Yup I felt good instead of bowing to the establishment-Just say the truth.
It's their problem if a person looks out for their own well being instead of being a living lab rat as they want a person to be.

Reminds me of my last annual pre-physical interview. Where the nurse asks some questions?

SHE: "So, let's go over all of your meds/prescriptions you're currently taking."

ME: "None."

SHE: (with an understanding/ condescending smile) "No, no, no...." (giggling at this old, old, senile old man), " I mean *EVERYTHING* you take on a fairly regular basis! Like, Aspirins, Ibuprofen, Qunol, etc. etc. etc. "

ME: "Oh, I do take a vitamin daily."

SHE: " YES! " (with the most condescending, young female hair flip I've ever been on the receiving end of before.) "That's more like it! Now....think! What else?!"

ME: " That's it."

SHE: (An exasperated look of annoyance) "Ok...let's check your weight."

The doctor got in on the act too. He started by trying to correct the "med list" first. 🤷‍♂️

Then, seemed completely surprised by my list of current activities.

Like: Tennis. - 3 times a week( 6-8hrs)
Detecting. - twice a week(avg 3- 4 hours each)
Life. - Rest of the time.

DOC: "...at your age!?!?"

ME: " THAT.....is how I got here."

😇

Somehow this world thinks that if there's *any* problem at all. There's a 💊 for it. And then...there are 💊 's to handle the side effects of the first ones. Then, other 💊 's for those, etc. etc. etc. ad-nauseum!

I'm not against meds nor preventive vacs. But, if I've learned anything via my journey it's this;

By not taking regular 💊's every single day, and something comes up where a prescription is warranted? THEY WORK!!! 😇

Heard them conversing with the specialist.
He spent a whole minute with me after talking to them.
No CT scan, no pills, no x-rays.

I'm just low hanging fruit that's hit the ground. They'd walk right over if needed be.

No $$$ to be made.

Don't know, but I made sure to set them at lengths that they don't tangle up.
Its pretty sheltered here so no real strong winds. We'll see the next place we end up how they go.
