Have any of y'all got tattoos before? Don't tell me if you did what Austin Dillon did though. After he won the Daytona 500, he had the race logo tattooed on his rear, along with his entire pit crew. :laughing7: :dontknow:

I've been toying with the idea for a few years... but NOTHING CHEESY like I see some people have.

Ever see the Hopewell claw?

The Hopewell claw, intertwined with the Copper Sun Disk of the Hopewell culture would be cool on the arm...

This is nowhere near anytime in the near future. This is when I'm post 25, had time to think about things, and have a job on the rails.

Some people look good in tattoos, some don't. Sara Fabel does! :laughing7: I've always had a weak spot for tattooed girls, and some look great in them. Some don't, especially when you have that continuously seen "faith hope love" stuff everywhere. And birds. Oh, and hearts. Yuck. How did I get to talking about this? :icon_scratch:

Ya. Been tatted.
No , not on my butt.

I know the sheriff in town, so that would take some explaining on my part. :laughing7:

Just say this to the sheriff,.....

"I was just standing up for my rights",............"as a consumer"

That should fix things.

Hey rc,........

There is a guy sitting on a park bench, he is sitting on his newspaper because it's
windy,........ some guy walks up and says, "are you reading that?"

LOL

What an idiot,..... of course he can't read it,.........he's wearing pants.

c´mom, I bet you have the whole constitution tatted but you can´t show a pic because you would get immediately banned for ever :headbang::laughing7:

Some things are better left to imagination...

I'll spoil it for you though, mine are obvious if I'm wearing a sleeveless shirt.

Yes RR I have a couple.

If you're thinking that way,....

first you should consider "black", "two color", "three color",... etc.

Then take a good long while to decide on the piece of work you want to have done.

Then find the person you would like to do the work.

Study up a bit,.... great luck having the internet to view the artists work.

Search up some of these tattoo conventions, there are always plenty of pictures.

If you study up a bit,... you will start to recognize the different styles, themes,
and artist.

Those conventions come around town about once a year,.......
you should mosey over and and have a look see.

just saying

Night rook,....

If she's still in business, I'd actually like that girl I posted earlier to do it. One of the best out there, and uses black, one color, my favorite.

I have a friend who has his whole body, with the exception of the face, tattooed in Archaic war motifs. Lines, geometric figures and symbols, he looks like he's going to war.

And then there's the guy I work for, who has turkey tracks, deer hooves and bear claws.

I like the aforementioned ideas of Hopewell symbolisms on my arms, and perhaps some civil war themed things on my chest. The Civil War designs would be done on my own, as I don't trust anybody with historical accuracy in that department.

If I have time, tomorrow I'll post my own designs.

Like I said, WAAAAAAAAAY in the future from now.

Hey,... rc,..... I got kicked like that once.

hurt to beat the band

LOL

Did you learn anything?

Kicked.
Bit.
Stepped on.
Rolled on.
Leaned against into walls, fences ,other critters.
Head butted.
Landed on after a horse being startled. On the bare arch of one of my feet. (By me knocking a horsefly off a horses ear.)
Even kicked by cattle.

Good thing I get along so well and stay out of harms way.:laughing7:

No, I was just joking around,..... but,... I have two real stories,......

This guy Joe was out with a guy named Barry,..... deer hunting,......

They cruise up quiet and Joe spots a fair sized doe,... he has a doe tag,....

No time to get out his rifle,... he tells Barry "give me your rifle",... he does

a Remington mod 600, Joe takes aim, it's kinda close,..... he wants a clean deed done,.....

Things don't go well somehow, the impact point was the lower jaw near the joint,.....

That scrambled up the deer, it tried to scurry away but wound up nose down in a bush

Trying to run, but not getting anywhere,.... after a minute or two the doe fell quiet,...

Joe walks up and grabs the does rear ankles to pull it out of the bush,..........

"Big Mistake!",.... the doe started a high speed kicking of both rear legs.

He hung on a bit before he let go,.... his wrists were jammed up so badly Barry had to drive.

People don't realize that animals have a different kind of strength, pretty off the map really.

A cool idea would be a tat of the first bullet I've ever dug, in black and white with two crossed M1861 bayonets behind it...

I vote for Joe to check the ice on the lake before we go out on it....
