So this water hunting is crazy down here in south florida.....there's at least 4 of us local hard core hunters here in the upper and middle keys. There is probably at least 2 more top secret guys that sneak around here too. So it's a huge mental exercise in timing and strategy. I've been waiting to go so that I could have last weekends traffic, and this three day weekends worth of swimmers fresh drops. I was gonna wait till tomorrow to go, but so are the other hunters who are smart. So instead I'll go today in order to get a jump on the other guys.....ill have to blend in with the rest of the weekend swimmers, but what the heck.....I can at least knock one spot off the weekly list of swim holes. I'll go to the one I know I have competition at.....ill save my personal secret spot, and leave the big sand bar spots for later in the week. Im outta here to get my first gold ring of 2023....I hope. So far I have a pile of junk rings...and just one silver. Just trying to reestablish my presence and get this spring summer grind going....weather is still a factor !!
