When the mood strikes I get into the making of tasty treats/energy bars.
The brown tray are 1oz. Each, the middle is a 1 lb bar.
The little tray there's 45-1/4oz. Mouth poppers.
I freeze them and serve them frozen.
Melt in the mouth.
3.5oz of fresh ginger went into the mix.
