Well found the old school location but signs someone else metal detecting there recently. Just went after all the squeakers and mid tones. Cleaned up a lot of trash and found some eh stuff. More disappointment.

Yes yes I did ARC.....not the big 8s I like, but ill take the mexican half reale. Got more musket balls today, which is good because @Gibbsail dog ate a few from yesterday. Yup.....you herd right....the dog ate 3 round ball musket shot pieces !! Guess they looked like kibble !!

These were cut from bars... they were done fast and crude due to the pressing demand to export them to Spain as quickly as possible.
