I ran out of glass sealers to store finds in-(the mrs would notice more of them missing out of the pantry) :dontknow:
So I picked up on the sale last night 8 larger ones at a $1.10 each to store the common finds.
Looking at the #3 Crown it might get put in the sun to change it a tad more.
Little investment-will hold a lot of little items.
I just realized these are bigger than I thought-the lot details:
"8 each. Measures about 9.5" tall.Crown.Improved Corona":headbang:

Morning old texan
How's the dust in the Lone Star State this fine morning.
thanks pep mid 40s this morning- a tad nippy-we have a chance of rain tomorrow morning- had a couple of small tornados about 8 miles away monday evening- damaged the fire station in Jarrell- they seem to be a tornado magnet-they get more than their share- they re most famous for an f5 in 1997 that killed 27 people- it was terrible and many people there are still in shock from it-it stripped 18 inches of topsoil off the ground and stripped the pavement off streets- left no trace of over 50 vehicles- i mean not an engine block or wheels or anything-hard to believe winds can be that powerful but it s true

Faux paint....still working on highlights. Been standing in front of this gate for 6 hours a day doing my thing....these are very nicely built aluminum doors that im faux painting for a customer. I don't do much paint work anymore, but I can do metal flake, pearl, crackle, bowling ball, chrome, candy over chrome, faux paint including wood, iron, bronze, copper, Etc. Etc. Gel out, epoxy, and all manner of fire arms finishes. I can always fall back on painting skills if I need to for money. Once in awhile I can be inticed to drop everything for a custom paint job !! I do truly enjoy painting boats, cars, planes, and even patio gates I guess......I did these a few years ago, and now a second cote !!

Getting the patina and wear pattern around the heavy traffic areas is a critical part of fooling people to think aluminum is really bronze....got another couple days of staring at paint !!🤪🤪🤪

My topography helps reduce the high winds.
Though micro bursts are a new thing that takes out a lot of things it seems.

I remember seeing when I was really young a National Geographic photo of a straw impelled through a red brick.
I couldn't believe the force of nature when it lets loose.
Now there's so many photos of "Say what"

Very nice Bart!

👍 👌
Just doing well enough to be able to play with the new toy for a few hours.
Just waiting for the new controller and headphones 🎧 to arrive so I can see what the machine is doing.
Hope it all gets sorted out and you get to enjoy your new detector. I hope it does you well and hope to see you post up some grand finds. My step dad is giving a break from moving since both me and him and getting way too flustered with it. I'll probably play with my Deus one. Been over a lot here but I'll still try and there is a old park down the highway from here so I'll see if someone will take me there

Was doing an online auction for a new sink in the feeding room. White porcelain with an apron drain board.
It went well above our pay grade as $550 all in.
Nope-nada-will look around for another option.
Though I bought 8-1 gallon brown jugs for $2ea. They're getting harder to find as folks tend to buy them up or never get rid of them.
Things stay preserved a lot better in he coloured glass than clear.
I kind liked this one a tad-not sure even what it is as I can only see pictures till Sat.

They as illustrated on the jugs would help keep light off wine.
