I hear ya on taking a break from fretting over an eventual move. It's going to happen regardless.
Gets to a point a break is needed and my best input at such times is , "Spin that wheel!"
Which doesn't really help others. Which is my brief point for a while.

Yup just going to get busy and go tend to the fowl. One chicken hid her nest and suddenly there are 8 tiny baby chicks I got too close and was assaulted by the hen lol.

They make purses that conceal a pistol.
No reason you couldn't carry one with a pinpointer secured in it for such emergencies.
Just tell puzzled onlookers your friend lost a contact lens and your pinpointer can find small stuff by sonar.

Headed to the scuba pool to try out different BC’s. Just 2 of us test diving, but we conned our hubby’s into going. Rofl 🤣

Well we bought her, Sally Bell is her name.Four months old & 3 pounds. AKC registered Toy Poodle.She did great on her -first ever- car ride ,not a peep. She makes the 4th poodle we have had(all black)

w/in the last 45 years.Lets hope she is half as good as the rest were.
