Yes it sucks when a deal falls through. And they do.
Took nine months of earnest hunting to end up in this shack.
And hunting leading up to the prior home...Oh boy! Considering my budget and that my first home mortgage was for 40 grand , I looked at some real shacks. The bigger bummers had land but unlivable homes. Well , depends what you'll live in I guess.

Your area is barking mad for real estate prices. Not that others are not.
But all the mills on prices? I'm in the wrong neighborhood to shop!
I did find one place I could sell this shack , cash out and afford. Maybe.
Not much land though.
And I'd be living solo.

Got Bella back from the vet today.Not much to show for 14 years of love & devotion.Except for the memories & tons of Pix of her over the years. And Letters,cards,flowers from 81 people who also miss her.We are thinking of spreading some of the ashes on her favorite places she enjoyed the best.. See ya on the other

My brain switched to survival mode quite a while ago.
Basic (though some are still lacking..) functions.
So I worry less.
Not always a good thing.
Yours is the better brain. You still see in three dimensions! Maybe more.
Not always a bad thing.
